Skunk ni macam famous militaey diet tu..
Adalah google ckp kena diet 3 hari mengikut menu yg diberi..

Persoalannya kalau kita xmakan tuna dan daging. Makanan apa yg boleh diganti.

Dan cheese kalau xdpt macam yang di cadangkan. Nk gantikan dengan apa.

Ni iols tepek url menu ntok military diet ni ok

try skip mkn nasi dlm sebulan dua..mkn sayur,ikan dgn roti je..
apa2 je selain dari nasi, insyaallah nampak kesannya dlm masa 2 bulan
nafsu kena jaga la dik, iman kena kuat

Hi,

saya just nak share je la experience saya sbb baru lose 5 kg within a month (tak banyak tapi atleast turun sikit ok la)

- Firstly kena tukar mindset , kena fikir kita makan ni utk alas perut je, bukan untuk kenyang. Sunnah nabi pun ada bgtau kena berhenti sebelum kenyang kan
- Saya still makan nasi , tp portion yg sikit. dlm 1,2 senduk dgn lauk  yg ada protein dan sayur
- makan bila rasa lapar
- cuba avoid minum air manis (senang cte kurangkan apa makanan atau minuman yg ada gula)
- minum green tea (this one untuk detox)
- dinner before magrib
- drink alot of water (estimate 1liter=25kg , so kalau berat 50kg minum la 2liter.and so on.mcm tu la)
- jog (ni saya tak buat. sbb agak busy.)

Stop ambik gula... termasuk la nasi, buah buahan yg jugak mengandungi gula... for 2 weeks... pas tu gradually ambik sikit2 la gula tu...

green tea
elakkan makanan berminyak
jgn amek fastfood or snack2
kurangkan gula, lebihkan senyuman
jog2 la skit kalau busy pon

Aritu seblum pose aku dh pose dlu sbulan. Turun 5kg. Pastu bln pose aku pose smbil mkn byk mse buka pose. Naik blk 2kg
