I control makan and go for clean eating.
Nak exercise weekend je jog/jalan jalan pusing taman. Dulu used to pergi gym 3 times a week.
Lepas bersalin relax bukan sekejap alasan baby menyusu
Now back to pre bersalin at 48kg
Breakfast - Fruit , Eggs & Toast/ French Toast/Oats with air kosong. Coffee, once masuk office baru minum.
Lunch - Sandwich/Nasi Campur (1/2) with 2 veggies & ikan/ayam.
Dinner - Salads (tukar tukar protein - fish & chicken)/simple soon soup
*Snacking - fruits/nuts
Benda yang kena banned in my house - cookies, soft drinks, milo, kordial, keropok, processed like daging burger/sosej/nuggets etc. (masa MCO, ketua rumah beli milo, kena catu sebab I said 1st and last)
Lagi satu, masak cukup cukup. Jangan terlebih nanti terlebih makan. |

I olls kalah dgn nasi...sejenis yg bole abis seperiuk nasi so in order to lose my weight i limitkan nasi intake like once every fortnight...n i buat IF (23jam + OMAD)...puasa...n pernah 2x buat GMDiet...
Menu IF+OMAD - suhun goreng +ayam/udang/telur+lotsaaa salads(tomato cherry is ma favourite) or cous cous dgn tomyam sayur...kdg2 i olls buat grilled fish jugak... |

Diet susah sangat nak maintain tapi kena jugak cuba untuk bertahan
Tapi other than jaga pemakanan, cuba uols dapatkan hari hari steps count tu at least 10k.
