Outlook ni guna global address book kat exchange server ke? Ke ni ko install kat PC sendiri and bukan networked?

SYMPTOMS

If you create a new message and type the name of the recipient in the To field, the name of the recipient may not resolve against the offline Address Book when you are working offline, and you may receive the following message:
Check Names
Microsoft Outlook does not recognize "name of recipient"
Would you like to:
Create a new address for "name of recipient"
Change to...Show More Names

CAUSE

Thisproblem occurs because the display name of the recipient is formattedis a different order. For example, the offline Address Book may containLastname, Firstname for the recipient name order, and if you type therecipient name as Firstname Lastname, it does not resolve.

WORKAROUND

Use one of the following methods to work around this problem:

昜/td][td]Type the name in the same order as it is displayed in the Global Address List (GAL) or the offline Address Book.

昜/td][td]Click the Show More Names button to select the recipient.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

i take it that you're using your personal address book (?). go to your address book, look for email addresses that have this problem and delete the entry between < and >, including < and >. if it has quotation ("), remove that too. just leave [email protected] entry only.

saya buat manual, buang tanda <,>,', dan ' dalam notepad.email client disusun dalam notepad secara lajur. heran gak apasal outlook bermasalah remeh camnih. baik guna yahoo ker, tapi ini emel kompeni.

satu lagii apa maksud dan masalah sebenarnya email undeliverably nih.

this usually due to the cap enforce by your email server. may be your email server allows you to email 50 recipients at a time (total in To, Cc and Bcc) to prevent spamming. or the recipient email server preventing user from receiving email if the email is targeted to, let say, more than 50 recipients. i think hotmail has 50 recipients rule.

kekdg tu plak, bila aku forward msg bergambar kat kengkawan,
diaorg kata takleh view/x nampak pun gambar. naper ek?

bila try masukkan password dan username,
