Pasta Salad
- any shaped pasta (my favourites are the tri-coloured ones sebab cantik!)
- vegetables (anything goes here according to your tastebuds. I usually use carrots (shredded thinly), olives, boiled broccoli, baby tomatoes, sliced cucumbers/zuchini, peppers (any colour)
- for added zing : I add roasted garlic, cheese (parmesan or cheddar depending what I have in the fridge), salt, pepper
- boiled sliced eggs
- dressing (I use mayo, lemon juice and some olive oil)
Cook pasta as per instructions until al dente.
Drain and rinse in cold water, and let cool.
Chop up the vegetables you are adding, and make dressing.
Once cool, add all other ingredients you have chosen from the above list, adding the dressing last.
Cool in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving.
Voila! Dah siap!
