Vacancy: Technical Support Representative ( Desktop Support)
Area : KL City

Minimum Diploma in IT field.
Operating Systems (Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP, Vista, Professional and
NT)
Familiar with Microsoft Office applications with working knowledge of desktop PC and peripheral devices.
Must possess troubleshooting skills, hardware, software, networking and peripherals.
Orthography
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Must possess good phone etiquette and a positive working attitude
Ability to work as a team and independently in a challenging environment
Possess good analytical and probing skills
Good English

Support US Client so must be willing to work on shift.

Salary: 2200-2800 + Shift allowance + Transport Allowance + Monthly Performance allowance
