Problem x leh bukak document

Haluuu...apa masalah laptop saya ni ek :-
1) selalu je lag x sampai 1 minit trus lag
2) x bleh open mozilla firefox
3) x bleh read handy drive
help me please.... |

macam nak crash je.
baik ko repair windows.
kalo tak pun, cuba uninstall firefox dulu, pastu restart.
tengok lag lagi ke tak? |

mungkin ada byk background running operations, sila buang apa2 yg xberkenaan dlm pc anda, hadkan kpd satu jenis shj antivirus.. |

sama ada virus atau hardisk nak crash..
dah try boot guna safemode...
kalau boleh boot pakai safemode - save dulu file-file penting dlm PC , dan kemudian format..
harap dapat membantu. |
