Sakit pinggang..and sleep paralysis..

Herro there...
I have a problem..
everytime...haku kene sleep paralysis (tindih)..
it's either my right or my left pinggang yg sakit...
bukan just sakit...it feels like it's gonna burst...mengembang tetiba jerk..
klu haku nak gerak2 dari sleep paralysis tuh..
so usually haku just go with it and tido jerk..
what do you think it is?

my good... pegi lah jumpa doc to confirm apa yang berlaku dalam badan anda.. its better to do whole body check-up...
and if everything look ok then you cube pulaklah ubat kampung...sebab you ada cakap macam kena tindih every night maybe something else dalam badan you..only Allah know... so better find out k... |

doc cakap ok jerk..
just nak tanya logical possibility dari forumer dulu..
ape sakit yg rasa2 cam bursting kat pinggang neh... |
