tp nkorang ada mkn mende2 pedas tak?like mamee kari berapi ker?tp kalo berlanjutan better gi spital ler..ada member husband masalah nih berlanjutan dr belajar sampai abis blaja..siap msk ward sbb pitam n anemic...sampaikan nak carik keje pun tak larat sbb bdn lemah jek...

From your description I can think of 2 reasons : piles or anal fissure - caused by constipation & hard stool.  

You confess to not drinking water.  So there, now you have to make sure you drink more than 8 glasses of water a day, lots of vege and fruits.  If tak settle jugak try to take psyllium husk - this a also know as bowel broom.  It will clear you bowels without straining during passing motion.

If despite all these you still bleed - go see a doctor.  Could be something else that needs further examination.  

If your blood is fresh blood (macam warna air sirap) that means it could be caused by a tear at the anus area.  If its a darker shade (dark red or maroon, black and sticky- bau busuk) - this one is serious.  And you MUST see dr immediately.  Could be some problems high up in your colon.

Kalo g farmasi, boleh mintak nasihat la.. mungkin die boleh suggest ubat untuk treat simptom2 contoh macam kalo najis tu keras then pharmacist akn suggest ubat kasi lembutkan najis (sama ada ubat tablet/ cecair or supp), n ubat seperti gel untuk sapu kat dubur sebab mungkin luka kat situ yg menyebabkannya berdarah..n also die akn advice supaya minum banyak air n makan buah-buahan..

But then, as i said earlier, cume boleh treat simptom shj..the best thing is to treat the cause..so kene la jumpe doctor untuk wat further checkup..

Biasenyer, kalo darah tu kat najis, most probably ada luka atau ulcer kat dalam perut..kalo darah tu menitis dari tempat keluar najis..itu mungkin luka shj sebab najis keras sangat   atau mungkin juga buasir..
