I know of a private medical centre in Shah Alam - Darul Ehsan Medical Centre .  My son had his circumcision via laser method there.  

I prefer laser because clamp is like `one-size fits all' - what if the whole penis is snipped off?  

Why don't you pick a private medical centre that you have been before in JB and ask them about the procedure.  Most medical centres perform circumcision either by laser or clamp.  You can choose which one you prefer.
