Dualboot XP & Vista (Vista installed 1st) + baik/buruknye dual boot

Str8 to the point, in the most simplest ways/ methods, like "Dummies guide to dualbooting" - for me to perform dual booting Windows XP and Vista whereby Vista is pre-installed. Semua guidelines yang diajar on the net tends to be confusing and/ or for pro-users. And so, sape baik hati sangat2 to help this amature user?

Plus, klu sape2 ade tips/ nasihat, about the +ve and -ve nye dual booting ni, is it better to have dual booting, atau sebaliknya?
