Assalamualaikum kawan2..just nak inform Dell Bayan Lepas Pulau Pinang tengah mencari pekerja utk jawatan SMB SA Technical Support Analyst Level 1..keja macam aku jugak..keja senang jer..jadi Tech Support utk melayan customer2 yg beli Laptop/Desktop Dell..SMB tu utk Small and Medium Business..SA tu utk South East Asia Region..mcm keja Call Center laa..cust adalah company2 kecil yg ada di Malaysia, Singapore dan Brunei..skop keja adalah t/shoot cust computer problem using phone and then issue service for cust if service is required..kebanyakan cust adalah daripada SMB so maki keji caci hamun tue kuranglah sebab most of the cust is professional..digalakkan orang Mim since Cha dah ramai..dlm team nie aku sorang jer Mim..huhuhu..preferred the candidates have diploma or degree qualifications in IT/Computer science..average wage for diploma holders is around RM1800 while RM2500 for degree holders..antara kriteria yg diperlukan ialah must have good communication skills in BM and BI, Mandarin will be an advantage, and knowledge in Windows, PC hardware and software and networking is a must..Sapa2 yang berminat boleh contact aku through email at [email protected] or can contact me through phone : zero one two two zero eight zero five eight four..tolong bagitau kepada adik beradik makcik tokcik ketua kampung sekali..hehehe..wassalam..

Bleh ajer..kalau ko tahu pasal komputer wpun ada cert dlm bidang lain pon xkesah..cuma nakkan ko bleh communicate in English fluently..BI mau cair punya..sebab wpun keja nie support cust from Msia, Spore and Brunei, main communication language is English..sbb kadang2 sesat jugak mat saleh 2-3 orang..hehe..

bagus keja camnie..my fren pun dapat keja ala2 macam nie tp dengan HP..company besau..keja ikut shif tapi bantu customer dengan masalah printer esp laser jet and bubble jet..   salary pun ok more than 2k..sebab keja nie jawatan executive sepertimana CSM CSM yang lain..  opss lupa..jay penah berada di level 2 dalam bidang macam nie..tp lain skit laa   skrg dah lain terus
