kakak intan anak dia meninggal dalam perut dah cukup bulan...doc operate untuk kuarkan baby tu..itupun dah lebam skit badan dia...ishh.. |

kakak ipar adik ada pengalaman camni... baby dalam perut dah 9 bulan cuma tunggu hari je untuk bersalin... meninggal kat dalam perut dah hampir seminggu.. pi kat hospitak swasta kat penang.. Doc tanak operate sbb baby dah meninggal.. dia induce dan bersalin cam biasa.. tapi kena dok wad lama lah.. doc monitor takut kuman dari baby yang meninggal tu berjangkit.. sbb bila baby reput kuman leh bahayakan nyawa ibu.. |

...ok...with regards to management of intra uterine death with breech presentation nie...if possible...dr will try to deliver the baby normally...they will try not to perform c-sect for the patient if possible...cos...for one...to go thru an op is painful enuff...and the pain is greater bila yang dikeluarkan itu sudah tidak bernyawa...
...preferrably...they will insert vaginal tablets called prostin every 6hourly...(ikut protocol hospital masing2) until the baby aborts...kalau after prostin insertion the baby still hasnt aborted and the pt becomes very distress...then...a c-sect would be done...
...sometimes...depending on gynae lerr...the patient is given the option to go home and await for spontaneous labour...infection is unlikely as long as the fetus is within the intact membrane...advice is given to the patient to return immediately to the hospital if she experiences any contraction pain...or rupture of membrane...so...jangan terkejut dan jangan tak tau...cases macam gini memang ada...
...but...most patient prefers to have it done asap cos siapalah yang sanggup nak menanggung emotional distress carrying a dead fetus rite??...
...however...for the gynae to say yang dorang tak bley buat apa2 to your fren...dont noe whether to do op or not...is rather unprofessional...cos kalau mereka tak tau nak manage such cases...they should have referred her to another hospital or another dr yang tau how to manage such cases...
