suruhlah dia compare lepas tuh buat pros & cons pasal market job tuh. Hubby ko macam aku lah, pikir pasal opportunity jer. Kalau bagus & ada value, grab jerlah. Tapi aku yakin dia sure consider few things before dia accept the offer jugak e.g. co stability, long term value..

yup..exactly..dia akan tgk the offer letter first...but so far offerer tu dah brief lah skit2 psl company tue..katanya dpt projek long term dlm 25years and above...company ni baru bertapak kat Malaysia tp as per informed mcm will be a stroger company lah...but tu lah nak tunggu offer letter dulu...

tp mslh nya nak gaji tinggi ikut qualification jgk kan?....mmg kalau ikut dah byk value koz dah 6 thn keje..tp tu lah..rasanya berbaloi kott...hehe...
