IT courses & training

salam, dan selamat sejahtera semua..

sy nak tanya, ada sesiapa kat sini yg ada conduct short course atau training utk IT related employee tak?

kalo ada buleh la recommend kat wa..

pasal wa kerja IT dept, kat sebuah institusi kewangan....kebanyakan training yg ditawarkan oleh HR semua nye tak realted dgn IT, kebanyakan nye cam customer servis, English communication, dimana tiap2 tahun selama 3 tahun baru2 ni, kitorang terpaksa la attend course berikut walopun tak berkaitan..( atas desakan majikan )

dan kalo IT course pun pihak HR kitoarng antar yg cam nie....

Organizing IT , It governence...data security essential....dan macam2 lagi course yg walopun IT related tapi tak related dgn keja wa...

kerja wa , IT technician jer, bukan programmer ke, web developer ke apa..., selalu related dgn Hardware, software, kalo dlm kasta, kira paling bawah la, setakat install pc, install windows, install hardware, software... dan networking,

organizing IT  itu tu ok, tapi this Monday, wa lupa nak register , skarang boss suruh attend course pasal utk [email=KPI@ appresal]KPI @ appresal[/email]  tahun ni....

any idea? suggestion? atau ada sesisapa yg ada buat training utk IT staff ke?

ada 3 bulan lagi nie..tahun depan dah kira tahun lain plak...

p/s : mod wa tak tau nak posting kat bahagian mana ..., kalo salah tempat, sila pindah kan ke topik yg berkaitan....

tak kisah la course yg paling basic pun ok....cam Introducing to Windows 7 ke,

kalo ada introducing tu MS office pun wa amik la, pasal dah ujung tahun ,padahal kitraong dah ada course tu awal tahum tapi byk staff accounts yg pergi....jadi staff it kalo nak amik course ni tunggu tahun depan....

win vista plak dah ujung nyawa.

xp pun sama.

kalo nak kursus pasal IT, rasanya multimedia le. basic to internet dan basic windows pc, ajar sikit2 pasal tips n tricks. dan sedikit repair n troubleshooting.
pendek kata kena buat modul sendiri la...
