DIET???!!! tak usah berangan kalau...

aku ni tiap2 hari bejalan paling kurang pun 21/2 jam. sbb dah memang kerja aku kena berjalan.. tak berjalan tak kerja la namanya... mkn 2x je sehari.. aku ambik breakfast & lunch jer... dinner mmg x ambik... klu lpr sgt pun kul 630pm last meal... tapi bdn aku ttp naik gak.. tang punggung n perut..dulu jeans sz 27 jer.. last week aku g bli jeans... cam nk nangis jer rasaya.. sz 30 weyyyyy..
