kurang proactive tuh.....kan lebih baik sebelum buka bicara atau nak lakukan sesuatu tuh hang terus mintak maap in gedebance(advance) first?

...aku lagik interested in knowing his thots...his views on the issues yang kita dok discuss...serious cakap...walaupon kita tidak sependapat...amatlah jarang sekali terjadinya pergaduhan...atau we end up merajuk...dan...tak perlu jugak bagi aku nak saja2 kasi dia chance tuk menang...cos...afterall...we are communicating with each other...and not competing with one another...neither are we trying to show off our intelligence...
...when we are discussing on certain issues...what we usually do is to share our ideas with each other...our views...how we feel towards it...yada yada yada...after which...we will note on what are the things yang kita both have in common...what are the things yang kita sama2 setuju...and also the things yang kita tak see eye to eye on the said issue...kalau bley compromise...kita compromise...kalau tak...either one of us has to let the other lead the way or make the decision...and who usually gets to make the final decision??...eerrr...not always me...and not always him also...kita tengok sapa yang feel very strongly about the issue discussed...and...even if i do not agree with the decision made...i will give him my support...i will render my assistance in whatever form to him...and vice versa....
....if lets say the decision made backfired or tak membuahkan hasil yang diharap2kan...we try to salvage the situation by figuring out other workable solutions...and...we promise never to blame each other atau make one another feel guilty...but sometimes tu...kita break jugak our promise...kadang2 tu...terkeluar jugak kata2 "i told u soooo..."...hehehehe...
