bnyk bro info2 kat tenet cmne nk naikkan muscle .....

kurang kan suppliment2 tu pasal x berpekdah pon....suppliment yg plaing berkesan is whey protein , cod oil..vitamins

main gym 3x seminggu more focussing on dumbell xcersice nak bsr kn chest part..

memula memang naik kat perut dulu. lama2 baru naik satu badan

nak gumuk senang jah...

makan frankfurter, daging burger, nugget, taruk mayonese bebanyak, cheese, pastu minum sus ...

nk tanya skit skang nie sy dlm proses nk tambah berat badan sbb underweight so dh stat main gym n mkn weight gainer, ada la skit perubahan struktur body tue cuma masalahnya perut pn naik jg ...

hehehe ini masalah biasa...
kalau dlm BB...ia dipanggil bulking phase
masa ni korang mkn mcm xhengat dunia
means ada lebihan dalam kalori biasa korang amik
so kalau nk tambah mmg takleh lari dari penambahan lemak
cuma kena kawal kalori pengambilan carbs, protein dan fat
cuba sebolehnya amik kalori yg bagus dan berkualiti atau dlm bahasa lain yg tak terlalu clean sgt
bila dh capai target berat yg diingini...masuk plak cutting state
masa ni korang akan betul2 diet dan kawal pengambilan kalori harian
disertai jugak dgn exercise atau workout atau cardio
ini basic tips je aku kasi
tp yg penting mkn kena plng kurang 6 kali satu hari
jgn ckp ko nak besar tp mkn 3 kali je satu hari :@
