Sy ada soalan ttg diet supplement yg dh terlalu byk kt pasaran skrg ni. Ada yg claim produk diaorg bagus la, efektif la. N ada kawan saya yg amek RXLite dia kata xyah makan apa pun sehari pun dh kenyang. Tp dari segi perubatan kan badan masih perlukan makanan atau sumber khasiat tertentu dlm satu hari? So sy agak musykil la bila dia kata tak makan langung satu hari sebab minum tu dh cukup kenyang.
Dan ada sorang tu, dia badan besar n plan nk ada baby, tp dia kata ada doc yg suggest dia consume diet supplement utk kurangkan berat badan before plan nk concieve. Tp kan mcm mana nk conceive kalau dah xde nutrients lain dlm badan dia, kalau pun dia concieve, mcm mana dgn development baby dia nanti?
Ada sesiapa yg boleh clarify?
