morning flu and easy tired after age reach 30

my age just reach 30.but feel like old already.he3.
1.every morning after shower i will get flu especially if cold water go into my nose then after noon its become ok.
check internet ist because of less vitamin D?
2.after back home from working my back feel pain and my whole body feel tired.at office not so hard work.
any suggestion or idea?

umo saya baru cecah 30 tapi rasa mcm dah tua.
1.tiap pagi lepas mandi akan selsema terutama sekali bila air sejuk masuk lubang hidung dan bila tengahari je ok mcm biasa dah x selsema.check kt internet ckp maybe kurang vitamin D.betul ke?
2.lepas balik keje bada terasa sakit terutama sekali bahagian pinggang.kat opis tak dela keje berat sangat.
ada cadangan atau idea?

multivitamin da try....exercise mmg kurang ...bole cuba....yeke kolestrol tinggi??...gulp....fyi badan aku xdala gemuk |

No 1 condition tu dah jadi resdung or sinus. I used to have it also last time.
No 2 tu maybe lack of nutrients or lack of oxygen and highly toxicated body. |

ade kawan aku kurus kering jer.. selalu cakap.. sebelah badan die cam kebas2.. pegi wat blood test.. die punyer kolestrol (yg jahat punyer laa LDL ker.. HDL..) 9.5..
aku plak.. mase umur aku cecah 30 an nih dah mula byk penyakit mula nak berkunjung tiba.. aku rase dah tiba masenya ko start makan suplement.. multivitamin ker.. |

a'ah la me pun samer dh masuk awl 30 ni mcm2 lak rasa x sdp bdn.........letih la smua ader...dulu masa 20an x makan suplement pun sihat jer memanjang...tp la ni adoi susah nk citer......... |

sakit pinggang tu might be caused of high heels atau any kasut yg bertumit..
satu lagi sebab might be duduk lama sangat/berdiri lama..perbanyakkan exercise..
perempuan tak elok joging..pergi aerobik, poco-poco, badminton okay lah kot..gym pun okay..
about flu, maybe u ada sinus..check with doctor.. |

no 1: amek multivitamin n exercise utk kuatkn antibodi
no 2: try beli back support utk kerusi.. it helps a lot menghilangkn sakit belakang utk org2 yg keje opis.. cost only rm1o kot.. tp worth it... |
