Jung Kyung Ho and Kim So Yeon Confirmed as Leads of New JTBC Drama

Jung Kyung Ho and Kim So Yeon will be acting opposite each other.
According to their agencies on December 11, Jung Kyung Jo and Kim So Yeon have been confirmed as the leads of JTBC’s upcoming drama In Love with Soon Jung (translated).
The 16-episode-long drama is a romantic fantasy thriller about ‘cellular memory syndrome’ (where an organ donor’s memory, habits, ability, personal preference and taste in food are passed on to the organ recipient)
In Love with Soon Jung is about a man who turns cold-hearted after the sudden death of his father, who was a company CEO 25 years ago, and gets kicked out of his company, which is later taken over by his uncle. He then meets a woman he wants to protect after receiving a heart transplant surgery and realizes the true meaning of love and happiness.
In the drama, Jung Kyung Ho will be acting as a professional investor named Kang Min Ho, who gets a passionate heart after receiving a heart transplant and Kim So Yeon has been cast as Kim Soon Jung, a secretary who is attracted to Kang Min Ho like a magnet.
In Love with Soon Jung has been increasing anticipation by bringing together writer Yoo Hee Kyung, who wrote The Vineyard Man, and Ji Young Soo PD, who directed My Fair Lady .
It is set to air in early next year through JTBC, following The Maids .
The actor Kim So-Yeon participated the regular concert of adolescent with physical disabilities for two years, as a host.
Kim So-Yeon volunteered for blind person at Seongbuk Welfare Center for the Blined since last year. After she was asked to be the MC at the sixth regular concert of youth ensemble. For this Kim Soo-Hyun willingly accepted the proposal, and joined the concert. It is second for Kim So-Yeon to host this even, and it shows her kind heart. Kim So-Yeon prepared for this event for several days and tried her best to hold the event perfectly from rehearsal. Also after the concert ended she replied to the proposal of audiences and ensemble members.

The new JTBC drama "Falling For Innocence" revealed two posters.
"Falling For Innocence" is about a man with a stone cold heart falling changing into a man with a warm heart only for one woman after he gets a heart transplant. The two posters have different concepts with the leading characters of the drama.
The first poster shows the relationship between Jeong Kyeong-ho, Kim So-yeon and Yoon Hyeon-min. The two guys are pulling at each others' hair with Kim So-yeon in the middle. She looks like she doesn't have a clue about what's going on behind her. The writing, "We need healing" adds to the anticipation of the drama.
The second poster is a two-shot of Kim So-yeon and Jeong Kyeong-ho. It says, "We should've never met" and the chemistry between Jeong Kyeong-ho who has been through various genres of dramas and Kim So-hyeon, the romance comedy queen is very much anticipated by many.
The production for "Falling For Innocence" claims the posters show the uniqueness of the drama and that they are doing their best to meet the expectations of those who are waiting for it.
Meanwhile, "Falling For Innocence" is a drama starring Jeong Kyeong-ho, Kim So-yeon and Yoon Hyeon-min and will be broadcasted on April 3.

Kim So Yeon appeared last fall on a special female celebrity special of the army variety show “Real Men.” She says that while she was filming, she discovered how comfortable it was to not be dressed up. “I thought I should never go on TV without my makeup on,” she admits. “I believed that I shouldn’t be caught looking like that. But then when it actually happened, it wasn’t a big deal. I gained courage from people reacting so positively when I looked like that. I want to use that kind of everyday realness in ‘Falling from Innocence’ too.”
When asked why he chose to star in this drama, Jung Kyung Ho says that he decided to turn away from his typically more serious roles because he wanted to make people laugh. “They’re calling our drama a romantic healing drama,” he says. “I want to laugh a lot while we’re filming and have a good time too.”

Jeong Kyeong-ho, in the role of Min-ho, looks very bad-tempered in the poster. The words, "Damn, there is 'innocence' in me" hints a relationship with Soon-jeong who is the complete opposite of personalities with him.
Meanwhile, Kim So-yeon takes on the role of Soon-jeong alongside Jeong Kyeong-ho and Yoon Hyeon-min. She conflicts with Jeong Kyeong-ho in every little thing and in the poster she said, "Who are you?"
Yoon Hyeon-min takes on the role of Joon-hee, a perfect character from head to toe. He looks perfect on the outside but actually he's full of inferiority. He has a crush on Soon-jeong and has a pure heart only for her.
The new "Falling For Innocence" is about a cold-blooded man who turns over a new leaf after getting a new heart. The first episode will air on April 3rd.

Actress Kim So-yeon resigned her contract with Namoo Actors, confirming the trustful relationship between her and the agency.
An official from Namoo Actors told OSEN on April 17th, " Kim So-yeon has resigned her contract with Namoo Actors" and "The agency and she have been in the trustful relationship for the last 10 years".
Kim So-yeon is currently starring JTBC's Friday & Saturday drama, 'Falling For Innocence' and has been showing her great acting performances. She has been receiving good reviews for her top acting performances, popularity and good personality.
Agency Namoo Actors have been in good relationship with many actors including Kim Joo-hyeok, Moon Geun-young, Kim Hye-seong as well as Kim So-yeon for the last 10 years.
According to an exclusive by Channel A, Actress Kim So Yeon was sued for fraud along with her boyfriend, referred to as “A,” who runs an electronic cigarette business. The plaintiffs are the five people who invested 900 million won (approx. 830,000 USD) in his business.
The plaintiffs claim, “We invested in this business believing “A’s” words saying that these cigarettes were patented products. But, we found out that they were imported from China.”
“Kim So Yeon also participated in the process of investment and told the investors that ‘this is a trustworthy business’ and led the signing of the contract. She even promoted it on the internet,” they said.
However, during her initial questioning, Kim So Yeon adamantly denied the accusations.
Previously on April 22, according to the report, police asked for Kim So Yeon’s attendance in a joint questioning with the plaintiffs, but prior to the scheduled time, the actress relayed that she would not be attending due to her filming schedule and health related issues.
On April 23, Kim So Yeon’s agency Namoo Actors released their official statement saying, “The plaintiffs’ charges are completely false. Unlike what the plaintiffs claim, Kim So Yeon has no relations to the company Puff Bar and never participated in any financial dealings.”
The agency continued explaining, “Kim So Yeon had no idea why she was getting sued and does not know the plaintiffs at all. The only contact she ever had with them is when one of the plaintiffs asked “A” to give the plaintiff’s sister a signature for her nail shop opening, as well as a 10-second conversation with the plaintiff, who said he was a fan of Kim So Yeon and wanted to hear her voice. That is all.”
“Kim So Yeon has never done anything to the plaintiffs or anyone to deserve punishment of the law,” the agency stressed.

She only did a good deed as a public figure in this situation, met often with similar requests. Kim So Yeon has never done anything to the plaintiffs or anyone to deserve punishment of the law.
This is an attempt by [the plaintiffs] to garner attention for their own cause taking advantage of Kim So Yeon’s publicity. We will not remain quiet with this issue and will respond with strict, legal action, including charges of libel.
Also, after confirming, Puff Bar’s owner ‘A’ is a childhood friend of the actress who coincidentally reunited with her last year through an event. They have been seeing each other ever since but they do not have any business relationships together.
Kim So Yeon has already fulfilled her duty with the police. The reason she did not attend the second investigation is because she does not know the plaintiff, so she had no need to do so.
Furthermore, Kim So Yeon and related parties are afraid of false rumors spreading because of this lawsuit. Please refrain from releasing any articles discussing rumors or unconfirmed facts of this issue.
