Detecting multinick thru IP

Saya baca kat satu forum bola sepak antarabangsa, diorang boleh detect multi-nick thru IP. Apasal tak boleh buat macam ni kat Cari Forum? Atau kemahiran yg diperlukan terlalu advance?

Someone banned me!
Hi, I first registered as BaggioZidane, but someone* banned me. The reason stated was that I posted spam, but I've never posted any spam! I have to register for a second ID to report this!

Can any moderators check on the real reason for the decision on banning me?

*I dunno who banned me.

*The person who banned me was definitely a mod. I have a strong hunch that the person who banned me is Gravesends, because he's the last one who replied to my last post in the Turkish National Team forum. I have no evidence about this though
Judging from the language of this post, you are highly suspicious of being a spambot, but let's wait until inspector Boyo confirms.

There is one way to prove you are not a spambot. Write the word fvck or pvssy correctly without them being masked by *****.

You were banned by Firdaus. It was probably because your registration ip points to a proxy server and your ip matches some other user's ip. What is your current location? Do you travel a lot?

I thought I'd provided the reason. You were found to have more than one account. Multiple accounts are against the rules.

The other username with your IP is Astute. Let us know if that isn't you. An Admin may have to fly over at your expense to verify your identity.

You never provided me with the reason. Have you PMed me to notify me about the reason why you banned me? It's just stated the reason I was banned was because I posted spam. Btw my laptop had just been stolen, so I have to be online in my university library's computer lab and cyber cafes, this is perhaps the reason why you confuse my IP with this Astute guy. Can you verify my identity?

My laptop had just been stolen, so I have to be online in my university library's computer lab and cyber cafes. At the time you was asking I was in my university library's computer lab, using the shared computer

I travel a lot within the area of 10 km daily
