Kalau baca wiki, Grary ni macam artis suam-suam suku je. Pernah dapat satu jenis award sahaja sepanjang bergelar artis, walaupun bolot 11 kali.

I just have to reply to this.
Gary V has been on this business for decades. He was on top and remains on top until now. Singers in the Philippines look up to him and wants to follow in his footsteps.
He does not need to ride along somebody to be popular.
Furthermore, it was a Malaysian company that have invited Christian Bautista, Jed Madela and now, Gary Valenciano to sing in Malaysia. |

As for Gary V on popularity outside the Philippines. Besides doing concerts , he is asked sometimes to perform on an American religious tv channel called "the 700 club".
He had a small part on a Hollywood movie, but he is at his best when in a concert. He was not dubbed in the Philippines as Mr Energy for nothing.

Well im saying NO NO NOOOOO to him riding on Ct's popularity here and everywhere. Not HIM .... Bautista YESSSS!!!! But not this old guy whos a nobody here. He wants to collab, he gotta get on his level with those of the same level here aka Not CT.
Then again, thanks to your Pinoy hostility ive been getting (owhh most of us beeng gettingthe same crap from those pinoys anyway), im being hostile to any pinoy artiste ... except Charice.

Welcome to Malaysia ... sing .... we love music, we've been getting music from yall pinoys for so long anyway cos we were and still ARE that friendly and open. from what i gather , the malaysian singer is young. I think the malaysian company that invited gary v made a mistake . they should just have let him go solo. he is at his best when he is performing alone.
you may not know it, but charice and christian look up to this guy. they all do.
sorry if i got carried away. i'm just defending somebody who is very dear to most filipinos. |
