Lawyer Untuk Housing Loan Yang Bermasalah...

Salam.
Aku dah appoint lawayer ni utk beli rumah dr mak aku sejak dr April 2012 aritu lagi.
Bayangkan dah nak dekat setengah tahun pun tak settle2.
Sekarang aku dah tak boleh tahan lagi sebab bos dia pun aku call dah takmo angkat, kurang ajar betul.
Actually dah byk masalah dgn lawyer ni drpd dulu, so aku mmg menyesal giler tak tukar lawyer lepas dah settle SNP dulu.
Masalah pertama, diorg dah salah buat land search, salah lot no. So nak kena buat balik betulkan, pastu nak kena tunggu Consent Letter plak. Kt situ je dah makan masa berbulan2 sebab asik dok janji despatch nak ambil, tapi tak pegi ambil.
So skrg sangkut dekat loan document plak. Last 2 weeks aku dah sign semua document melalu bos syarikat tu sendiri. So dia promise by Monday, 8 October 2012, document tu dah return balik kt bank.
Tunggu punya tunggu, hari ni baru dpt tahu status document tu. On 17 October 2012, baru diorg terhegeh2 nak courier. Pastu skrg document tu kena return semula kt diorg sebab pihak bank kata perlu settlekan legal fees dulu baru bank boleh sign. Aduiiiii... So aku boleh bayangkan berkali2 ganda lah delay kalau mcmtu sbb diorg ni ada masalah despatch! Dan juga masalah bos bahalol bin bangang!
So aku nak tanyalah kan... Klu aku proceed with another lawyer, aku ignore kan je diorg ni boleh tak? Means aku taknak bayar satu sen pun utk loan documentation yg diorg dah buat tu. Sbb aku dah give up asyik nak kena follow up bagai nak rak dgn bank. Pastu dah call bos dia byk kali pun taknak angkat kan.
Ataupun aku ingat nak lodge police report. OK tak?
