Interview utk yang ada degree tapi apply jawatan level spm

Slalu mmg kompeni tak amik yg berkelulusan degree utk jawatan lulusan spm.
Kalau kita tipu masa interview, later kompeni tahu hal sebenar, kompeni boleh terminate kita. |

so far kalau private comp mmg I bagitau je ade degree semua sbb ...
kompeni GLC
boleh detect or not, itu bukan isunya.
Isu nya sekarang ialah kredibiliti u akan terjejas kalau kompeni dpt tahu u tak jujur masa interview.

sbnrnye la kalau ikutkn, byk kampeni taknak amek org yg ade degree utk keje tahap spm sbb diorg takut pekerja tu lari pas dpt offer keje yg lebih bersesuaian aka gaji lg mahal. nnt sia2 je amek keje tak lama dah blah.
