hope betulla aku park thread kat sini.. nak tanya opinion lawyers2 / legal secretaries conveyancing .. penah buat tak cases mcmni.. si polan ni (si A) beli rumah, low cost.. lepas baya deposit, dah takde duit nak baya balance.. cash pulak tu.. so abang ipar si polan (si B) ni bayakan semua balance purchase price.. after few years.. si A jatuh sakit.. now tunggu hari je.. dah nazak.. si B nak transfer rumah tu kepada isterinya (kira adik si A la).. problemnya.. (i) Property still under Master Title, (ii) no one has a copy of the principal sale and purchase agreement.. SPA solicitors dulu dah gulung tikar, Bar Council pun dah takde file tu kat depa. it was give to another lawyer firm who apparently gulung jugak.. Developer pun tetibe takde ape satu pun dalam record.. so now, they just wana do transfer with no consideration.. takdak principal SPA boleh jalan ke? adjudication sure sangkut kan .. thanks .. |

rdzaccess - umah ade CF.. completed few years ago. dah duduk lama dah.. its just that masa beli, it was cash purchase, purchaser x amik loan.. kalau wat dulu transfer agreement, get it signed and stamped ok x? |
