pernah bt palnk n squat tu yg mcm @aireen24 po ...

Kan..aireen tgh cuba nk lengkap kan cabaran ni. Disamping itu aireen tmbh kan push up..leg raise dengan situp. Mmg nk jln sakit..

malam tadi dah cuba wat yg mcm aireen24 suggest kn..
squats tu ada lah dpt dlm 25 x, tp plank tu x sampai 5 saat dh telungkup..hahaha
mlm ni nak cuba buat lagi....gogogogo

pernah baca haritu...orang bontot besor  nih kurang risiko sakit jantung...yg tu bagus laa...tp kalu dah besor mcm bawak bebola gergasi kt badan memang tak best

amalkan squat memang bagus...kasi bontot tu cantik lentik sampai buleh letak barang...walaupon agak besar dr bahagian lain

bab peha n pungkok ni mmg SENAMAN la penyelesaiannya...
sy dulu selalu buat tai chi ujung minggu/skipping...mmg peha maintain aje...x beso x keding....tapi smenjak bz n aura pemalas mjadi...dah beso gedabak peha ni skrg haha...so nmpak x kesimpulannya "senaman lah & rajinkan diri utk beriadah"..

lebih kurang camni..yang plank tu yg atas dan squats yg bawah..

sy dah try buat plank tpi skejap aje (takat 5x) tu pun slow2 aje...sbb x bole tampung badan haha...
harus kuat semangat lgi lpas ni...

Adoi...mmg Ada hati nak kecikkan montot....tapi baru baca dah imagine kepenatannya.......err kalo pakai korset n sapu cream....ya I know I pemalas.....Ada chance x kecik?

dulu sy buat sebulan squat 30x ++ .. notice ade thigh gap sikit. sikit je la kurang nye .. peha kecik skit

bukan squat je yg i buat, selang seli ngn bicycle crunches, tepuk bintang 200x

now bz, xde mse nk buat, peha dh besar sket

selalu kalau i buat plank tuh, try untuk bertahan at least 60 saat. kadang dapat juga capai, kadang separuh jer.. lagi satu yang buat posisi ala-ala duduk sambil sandar kat dinding tuh.. kalau buat 60 saat, pehh.. rasa nak tercabut anak lutut uolsss.. hahaha..

cuma satu senaman saya gagal buat dengan betul sampai sekarang, iaitu push up..

kalau buat squats or lunges je.. boleh hilang ke lemak2 tu tanpa buat cardio macam aerobic or walking/jogging.. sebab cardio ni yg leceh nak buat time2 takde masa and takde proper place nak exercise ni..

Squat & lunges memang bagus untuk kecikkan peha tapi kena consistent buat and make sure bila buat squat & lunges buat dengan right technique. Kalau tak it will cause back pain. Dulu pernah buat 1 bulan nampak lah perubahan.

Squat tak mengecikkan peha pun. Besar lagi ada la sebab squat ni toning muscle. Kawan2 aku badan kecik2 buat squat berus kena beli jeans baru sbb dah tak muat. Peha drg jd besar yg sexy.

Pegi buat baju hari tu after for years. So compare measurement 2010 n 2014 dah naik kat peha 4"!!!! Pengsan!!! Thanks for the tip nway
