hehehe mcm aku laa nie   jgk ....   tp  ari  nie  aku  kurang  minum  plak ..

sbb ader  training  kt opis ....  air  dr  pg  x  abih  lg ...

dah 3  x  gak ke  toilet  heheee

Kalam minum air banyak sebab nak bagi badan sihat ke memang suka minum air? Saya ni kadang2 minum air sampai rasa nak terbelahak balik, tapi saya teruskan minum sebab takut kalau tak minum air kang dapat banyak penyakit pulak

yup! salah satu tanda2....tapi kalu menda tu normal sejak dr dolu tak la kot! cuma kalu ader perubahan...lately kerap dahaga, smpi memalam pun leh jaga dr tido sebab haus/buang air..elok la pegi jmpa doktor

Normal la tu minum air banyak buang pun kerap untuk nyah toxic dalam badan tapi jika yang kita membuang tu berbuih hmmmm yang tu maksud ada penyakit

Kalau awak kena denggi, dr akan suruh banyak minum air..dan kena buang banyak juga..dia orang akan sukat banyak mana awak minum dan banyak mana awak buang..kalau minum sahaja, tapi sikit je buang..BAHAYA..air berkemungkinan akan meresap dalam paru-paru.
