progress eh..for me mcm takde progress sgt haha

last month ingatkan nak naik kan berat..well ta ...

berat 50kg tu dah idaman sgt my height 158cm weight from 55kg.. sometimes lps dah workout tu 54 to 53 tp skrg dah lama x timbang.. measure ngan baju & sluar je so far xde yg ketat ke ape..hahaha.. my workout kadang ikut yt HIIT..Cardio jarang buat.. sesekali sebulan dpt jgk swimming.. kalau ikut kan from last dec join kickboxing..tp sebulan pegi (6-8 kali) sebulan cuti.. buat camni sbb kalau bz sgt kat office tak boleh balik awal.. so berat pun malu2 nak turun gak nye boleh bagi tips?

kalau bz, time malam tu spend masa exercise kat rumah..30mins pon jadi

saya tak join gym..mmg exercise kat umah je guna youtube. ce tgk channel ni kat youtube #fitnessblender..byk video berguna dalam tu

hai korang...
tahniah r tiramisu n kuceng oren...

ako dlm progress...
well... ako start since i'm officially berhenti keje yg dulu... kira 1 april...
since that, ako start senam n jaga makan....but part jaga makan tu (on off gak.. sbb balik umah mak, cuti 2minggu before masuk keje baru... so, emm.. pepaham jer r...)
but may mum said that, nmpk la slim sikit... even my aunt pon ckp benda yg sama...

but now, since 1st may, ako nekad nk wat betul2...
ako siap ada book log lagi... tulis makan apa... n senaman ape yg ako wat...
n siap amik ukuran pinggang, dada, tagn kaki punggung bagai...
my target... is not like i dont have any, but i just dont want to think about it...
xnk stress... just go with the flow...

for me, its like an experiment...
ako xnak naik scale unless after i check my body measurement ada turun nnati..
n when i feel secure, i will go straight to the scale...
takut klu xturun seperti yg ako nk,, it will affect my motivation...

so, next month, i will have body measurement again...
untill now, part makan... ako rasa it will not be aproblem for me....
i still enjoy food as much i do before... but i know what my body needs...
so, i'm taking it accordingly to my calories intake...
n i'm so grateful that, i have a knowledge about food, diet, calories
n i feel like, i'm amazing, n brilliant n genius... hahaha

ps: baju keje ako dah nmpk longgar... seluar pon sama...especially part peha... hohohooo... i'm gonna love it~

hehheee... ako dah dpt keje baru...
it the same line, but of course with the new environment...
i will said that, its better work environment...
compared than before...
my boss are awesome, colleagues are great...
and i learn new thing.... 'design'...
and it will be so much challenging... but i'm on it...
the best part is... no stress... lunch time is a break for us...
no phone calls, no discussion with boss...
hehehehee.....

dah dpt ape yg ko nak...
