Adik i join jk1m start dr season 2 sampai sekarang. Kalau dah lepas habis season, dia exercise dgn personal trainer. Byk dah berat turun, body jd cantik, posture dah tak bongkok dan period jd teratur.
Banyak tips , cara diet dan exercise yg betul dia dpt. Tak boleh makan makanan yg bergoreng, yg bergaram, bergula. Tidak boleh makan makanan yang ada yis contoh nya roti, tapai, pizza, bun. Nasi putih lagi bagus daripada roti, kentang. Keledek jepun tu bagus. |

Disebabkan adik tengah diet, so mak pun ikut diet juga tapi tak la strict mcm adik. Dia cuma makan nasi sedikit, makan sayur dan ikan rebus jer. Dia tak bersenam. Hasil nya berat badan mak turun.

Program ni best dapat team leader n member2 yang best..
Serious x menyesal join program ni..Even ade yg cakap membazir je bayar mahal..ade aku kesah?
Bile join program ni, at least kite jumpa orang yg ade same mission - KURUS-SIHAT-FIT!
