perut boncit dah kembali kempis..apa amalan? boleh kongsi?

ada tak sesapa lelakilah yg dulunya berperut boncit tapi sekarang dah kembali slim. nak tau jugak apa amalan yg dilakukan sehingga dpt kempiskan perut tu. saya tanya ni utk suami saya yg berperut boroi ni.. badan tak gemuk tapi perut tu macam org pregnant .. harap ada yg nak kongsi

In agak2 jerk.... sbb nmpk ibu2 lps perut depa tu buncit, pakai bengkung masa pantang tuh.... awat org laki xcuba kan..... mungkin bkesan sbb fungsinya sama jerk nk kempiskan perut boroi tuh....

selalu minum air halia.. kekadang tu buncit bukannya sebab apa... sbb angin je tuh...
dan leoas makan jangan tido/baring...
