Assalamualaikum uollsss.....

BS nak tanya... tapi tak  tahu la ada benang Jom Kurus 1Malaysia sebelum ni... BS nak join JK1M musim 5. Start 5/9 ni... yuran RM300 ikut kawasan mana... ada tak sesiapa yang pernah join program ni.. tgk peserta ramai dah kurus secara sihat.... sila share pengalaman anda.... tq

betul tu.. sbb ai ni byk amik produk kurus skrg merana.. dapat gastrik yang teruk.. nak diet xde ilmu tu la x kurus2

sy penah join yg season lps..my opinion..program ni jd best bila team leader best n aktiviti yg buat menarik..sbb lain kawasan lain aktiviti dia depends on team leader..aktiviti rasmi mostly weekend.. yg weekdays tu atas inisiatif team leader or teammate sendri..n tak termasuk dlm RM300 tu..bayar asing..cth if nk men futsal ke badminton ke time weekdays bayar court sendri..cmtu la..tak sure plak if kawasan lain, rate dia lain...yg penting bab makan tu yg kena jaga la..br boleh turun berat badan..

BS, jaga pemakanan dgn guidance dr dietitian yg bertauliah sahaja. Akak guna khidmat dr KPJ. Exercises pun physiotherapist yg monitor yg mana sesuai utk akak sbb ada PID. Mmg turun lebih dr 10 kg dlm tahun pertama . Dua tahun akak disiplinkan diri. Dr 90 kgs turun kpd 65kg. Then rezeki Allah beri, akak mengandung. Buat juga exercise sampai la baby umur setahun.. Lepas tu maintain sahaja dgn 3x exercise seminggu. Skrg naik balik ke 70 kg sbb buat laser utk PID dan x blh buat exercise yg berat utk beberapa bulan.

Kalau akak, akak rekomen healthy eating habits with good portion regular exercises and drink well to keep ur body hydrated. Jadikan amalan.

tu la nak exercise.. pernah ikut utube.. semborono.. alih2 sakit sana sini.. tp memikirkan masa tu plak... haish karang tak blh attend...

TT join tak program ni....

saya ada join..alhamdulillah dapat gak turun 10Kg dalam 6 minggu...

sabtu ni nk start program baru lak jom kurus & Sihat anjuran mysihat kementerian kesihatan....
6 bulan je & free

penat gak...senam hampir tiap hari....mkn kurang...

pagi mkn roti sekeping ngn ayam rebus...pastu tghari nasi skit.....jambu 2 slice....xminum manis...malam minum susu atau buah je..

utk sy mcm ni dptla trun dalam 2.5kg seminggu
