perpuluhan kat blakang tu abaikan je la..tp klau timbang digital leh arr nk kire

kalau gulung masa panas tu memang terkopek kulit dia..kena tunggu sejuk baru ok..sut penah kena macam nie...2nd time buat sut tunggu sejuk sket baru pelan2 gulung...

my hubby memang jenis yg bersopan santun orgnyer. ina nie jenis gopoh. dah tau kalau ina gulung mesti fail nyer. tue yg suruh dia gulung tue.

betul tue sut. masa ina buat tue, kuar jer dari oven terus terbalikkan. pastu hubby dok sapukan jem. sambil sapu tue, kek dah jadi suam2. pastu dia terus gulung. menjadi plak tue. tak terkopek pun. kekadang niekan tangan org lelaki nie walaupun kasar tapi kalo bab memasak, kalah pompuan.

p/s: pssttt...sut..ina dah try resepi puding karamel awak...sedap tau..thanks for sharing the recipe..

yesss...akak dah buat memang very de sedap....
tapi tak sanggup nak tunjuk rupanya...sebab mukanya mengalami kecederaan parah...
terganas masa menggulung...malu kat hubby ibunana..

saya baru 1st time nk buat swiss roll x sabar nk try resipi yg ahpek bg ni. nak tanye sifu-sifu kat sini, camne nk wat white cream yg mcm swiss roll masya buat klu takmo guna jem strawberry?

boleh guna buttercream or butter icing.
wani prefer butter icing sbb bahan2 mudah.

boleh refer thread kompilasi topping kt FnR Archive ye
tp, since u nk rasa strawberry, u just tukar kan flavour yg diguna dlm resipi buttercream/buttericing tu kepada strawberry flavour. let say the recipe calls for vanilla essence, u just gantikan dengan strawberry flavour atau strawberry emulco atau strawberry paste.
