97.9 kg... hehe, what I done was just run on the treadmill about 40 minits per alternate day
makan - boleh tahan gaks, memang 5 ke 6 kali sehari
main lunch & dinner - nasi... sesenduk, lauk ikan/ayam dengan sayuran agak banyak dan juga buah-buahan setiap hari.. minum air dengan banyak, 3-5L - mostly green tea buat cair-cair & air kosong...
Supplement - multivitamin with ginseng/spirulina/Fish oil 1000 mg (mana-mana lah, ada ari amek multivit saje, ade ari ambil fish oil sajer or spirulina) |
