apa nya hom atu lurus tu.....if your diet is relatively balanced and not overweight and nada penyakit apa2, then baik tah becheck rah doctor kalau lakas ngalih.........
walau tah tani nda fit banar meaning nda exercise hari2, nda kan dua minggu baru tah baik after exercise sekali atu....
in women of child bearing age, the main reason is anaemia....cakap babu2, kurang darah merah......due to diet atau more likely heavy periods......(sorry kepada semua laki2 di sini...) |

eh payah2 kan bali supplementaries. sanang saja tu... if u need vitamin c, mkn segala yg oren.. such as oranges n papaya, iron.. makan saja segala lamiding, bayam.. ... jimat n d jamin halal. nda payah tepistar2 mencari label halal. inda ja dr fea? |

awu lurus pulang tu chi..baik nya miatu pulang.. ganya kadang2 bukan semua orang ingin kan meratah buah-buahan banyak2 apatah lagi sayur-sayuran... tapi untuk sementara waktu.. kan memakan /meratah buah-buahan , makan sayuran ok jua.. daripada nada langsung.. satu lagi halnya.. yang membari malas, buah-buahan masa ani bukannya lagi pure macam dulu2.. lain lagi halnya tu.. tapi payah jua bah kan mengelak.. mun kan mencari buah-buahan/sayur-sayuran yang organik... kebuluran kan mencari.. satu lagi hal.. harganya mahal..
but.. laila memang senuju pulang tu dengan cadangan chichi atu.. |

btw.. i'm eating something orange at the moment. but not vit. c. hehehe me makan twisties orange (cheddar cheese) hahaha such a healthy habit. mkn junkies in the middle of the nite...sini almost 1 am udah. struggling to finish up my assgmnt. sambil atu lepak sini.. buang stress.. sambil2 melawat dapur..
