Hart out for Chelsea revenge

Joe Hart has warned Chelsea that Manchester City are determined to get revenge for their Premier League defeat at Stamford Bridge in December.
City's first loss in the league this season came against Andre Villas-Boas' Blues before Christmas and they will have the chance to gain revenge when the teams meet again at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday.
Hart recognises the importance of securing victory after falling four points behind Manchester United at the top of the table, even if it will be a tough game against a Chelsea side that has been in fine form since Roberto Di Matteo replaced Villas-Boas.
He said in The Sun: "One result can literally change everything. It's madness but it's great. Being four points behind won't have any bearing on how we play.
"We owe them one. They were the first team to beat us in the league this season.
"We didn't feel we were outplayed but we lost Gael Clichy to a red card, we could have had a penalty... there's a lot of could-haves and should-haves.
"But we lost the game and now we need to beat them."
City do not have the same sort of experience as United in terms of challenging for the title but Hart believes they are still capable of becoming champions.
He explained: "I've never won one so it's hard to know what a title-winning side feels like. But we've got a good spirit, good attitude.
"And I'm sure anyone who has won a title will tell you that's what is required.
"We have all the ingredients. All we're short of is the medal round our necks."
Hart feels the return of Carlos Tevez could help propel City towards major honours, with the Argentine striker set to feature against Chelsea after a six-month absence from the side.
Tevez had looked set to leave the club following his refusal to warm up in a Champions League clash with Bayern Munich in September, but recently came back from an unauthorised spell in his homeland and apologised for his conduct.
Hart said: "I haven't actually trained with him. But those who have assure me he's doing really well.
"It's down to the manager to assess it. But a fully fit and firing Carlos has got to be a positive for us.
"We've got energy in the team and we've got a lot of firepower. But Carlos brings us more of that.
"The strikers who are here now have got us in a position where we could get a record points tally in the league.
"But having Carlos back will be like a new signing. That's a good way of putting it." |

Dzeko has become frustrated at a lack of first-team opportunities at the Etihad Stadium, making just 14 league starts this term.

Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho is a huge admirer of the Bosnia international, who has scored 18 times for City this season.

And according to The Sun, Roberto Mancini would be interested in pairing Gonzalo Higuain with his Argentina team-mate Sergio Aguero next season.
The 24-year-old is in his sixth season at the Bernabeu and is open to a move.

Manchester City midfielder Samir Nasri believes he has become a better player since his move from Arsenal and is aiming to lift the Premier League title with his new side.
The Frenchman is enjoying life in the north-west of England as his previous injury problems appear to be subsiding.
"I'm playing a lot of matches now. At Arsenal, I played too much," Nasri told Canal +.
"I have to accept the competition. I score less than at Arsenal, but I don't have the same role."
Nasri has contributed just three goals to the Citizens' cause this season but believes he is progressing as a player.
"I came here to win the title, play at the highest level and I'm improving."
City are currently four points behind rivals Manchester United at the summit of the league, though they can reduce the deficit to a single point should they win their game in hand against Chelsea on Wednesday. |

MANCHESTER: Manchester City menanti kunjungan Chelsea awal pagi esok menyedari ujian getir menghidupkan peluang memenangi kejuaraan Liga Perdana Inggeris.
Kekalahan 0-1 City di tangan Swansea 11 Mac lalu menyaksikan anak buah Roberto Mancini kehilangan penguasaan sebagai pendahulu liga buat kali pertama sejak Oktober.
Kemenangan jiran setempat Manchester United ke atas Wolves, 5-0 Ahad lalu bermakna City memulakan perlawanan menentang Chelsea empat mata di belakang penyandang juara itu.
United berdepan laluan lebih mudah menjelang pertemuan setempat di Eastlands pada perlawanan ketiga terakhir liga dan penyokong City sedar satu lagi kesilapan pada peringkat ini mampu meranapkan impian meraih kejuaraan pertama sejak 1968.
Mancini boleh menurunkan Carlos Tevez buat kali pertama sejak September selepas penyerang Argentina itu kembali daripada mogok selama tiga bulan di kampung halamannya.
Penyerang itu sudah tampil dua kali buat pasukan simpanan dan mungkin diturunkan menentang Chelsea, enam bulan selepas bertelagah dengan Mancini kerana enggan masuk sebagai pemain gantian menentang Bayern Munich.
Pertahanan City, Joleon Lescott menegaskan, skuad itu sedia menerima kembali Tevez dalam pasukan utama.
“Dia bagaikan seorang pemain yang baru dibeli. Dia tidak cedera dan tidak sepatutnya menghadapi masalah kecergasan, ketajaman penyudah mahupun hantaran,” kata Lescott.
“Semua pemain teruja dan tidak sabar menanti Tevez turun beraksi,” kata pemain antarabangsa England itu.
