Kek Pisang Simple

10 biji pisang emas (dilecek)
2 cawan tepung gandum }
1 sudu teh baking powder} satukan n ayak
1/2 sudu teh soda bicarbonate}
1 cawan gula
1 cawan minyak masak
secubit garam

campur semua bahan kat atas tu n kacau sebati n boleh terus bakar...

salaam semua..
seronok ye berhujung minggu..
maybe ade yg baru balik dr kg sbb cuti panjang berlanjutan lepas CNY haritu..
wani cuti hujung minggu jek.. kene banyak study (konon je tuu)
hari ni tried out 1 simple, easy n delicious banana cake recipe.

yg ni baked dlm oval pan. ada sikit volcano sbnrnye atas tu. hehe


yg ni letak walnut kt dlm


yg ni letak poppy seeds kt dlm. sedap. bunyi pop2 time makan


yg ni letak beberapa biji kismis kuning. best, masam2 manis

sedap! kurang manis. texture dia spongy sket.

kalau bel suka team up kek pisang dengan coklat...tak kisahla coklat sip or coklat rice..lagi sedap the whole kek combine pisang dgn coklat!

menariknya tgk semua resepi smpi rambang mata yg mana 1 nak try.....ingat mnggu ni nk wat la....nnt klu da siap, kita tepek gambar...tp cemana cara nak tepeknya...hr tu ada nk try tepek, tp x reti....ada sesapa yg leh tlg....

memang kebanyakan kek pisang sama aje bahannya tapi dengan teknik yg berbeza....bab telur pun kena ambik kira juga kerana telur yg besar punya byk kandungan cecair dan ini boleh menyebabkan kek jadi bantat....sementelah pulak pisang itu sendiri pun dah ada cecair....kita jgn compare resepi yg kita buat dengan resepi org lain sbb masing2 ada keistimewaan tersendiri.

sy dah buat kek pisang chemox.
pakai pisang padang je.
sedap, manis pun ok.
my boy, dah makan sepotong, nak makan lagi,
sampai tak boleh berenti pulak.
sampai suku loyanglah dia makan sorang.
ha..tu lah penangan kek chemox.
melampau-lampau sodap nye!
