Wanacu resepi seperti di bawah ini.

BLACK PEPPER SAUCE
1 bawang besar [dicincang halus]
2 bawang putih [dicincang halus]
4-5 sudu besar lada hitam [kisar]
2 sudu besar tomato sos
2 sudu besar kicap
1 cawan air rebusan tulang ayam/daging atau 1 keping kiub ayam@daging
1/2 cawan fresh milk @ whipping cream
1 sudu kecil tepung jagung/tpg gandum di bancuh dengan air sikit
garam dan sedikit gula
minyak untuk tumis

Cara
1. Tumis bawang & bawang putih sampai layu.
2. Bila sudah agak wangi, masukkan air rebusan tulang ayam dan fresh milk.
3. Bila dah pekat masukkan tomato sos, lada hitam, kicap dn tepung jagung.
4. Kacau sebati dan masak mengikut kepekatan sos yg dikehendaki
perisakan garam n gula secukup rasa.
5. Hidangkan bersama ayam panggang atau daging bakar

Saja nk share resipi gravy black pepper yg i selalu buat mcm biasa, lbh krg mcm alangGIRL punya resipi, pastu baruni beli majalah RASA edisi April 2012, resipi artis, ada resipi wan khatijah punya black pepper gravy for lamb chop dia sgt simple, just didihkan mayones+kicap manis+black pepper... i try buat resipi mcm yg selalu i buat tu, tambahkan mayones utk menggantikan susu segar/krim, ternyata mmg sedap..

Homemade burger

Bahan2nya:
400 gm daging cincang (akaq guna Ramly) - cuci dan toskan air
100 gm bawang besar - cincang atau kisar tanpa air
2 ulas bawang putih cincang
1 sudu besar mayonis (kalau tukar ke keju lagi best)
1 sudu besar lada putih (tukar lada hitam untuk lebih 'hot')
1 biji telur
1 sudu teh garam
100 gm serbuk roti (secukupnya lah)

Campurkan semua bahan dalam mangkuk. Gaul sebati hingga boleh dikepal2.
Bentukkan seperti bebola dan leperkan. Biarkan sekejap sebelum digoreng dengan sedikit minyak/mentega.
Siap untuk dihidang.

**Boleh dapat 8 ketul seberat 90++ gm setiap satu


sukahati nak buat camana, berapa layer... apa2 aja...

sos chicken chop

mintak maaf sgt2 kalau dah ade yg bukak thread sos chicken chop ni sbb sy cari tak jumpe.

ade sape2 tau tak mcm mane nk buat sos chicken chop ni...sy try google tp xjadi mcm kat kedai punye la. sy nk try buat yg perisa black pepper punye tu tp asyik xjadi je.

sos black pepper tu biasa jugak org mkn dgn lamb chop.

i suka guna resepi ni klau bwat bbq..

sos lada hitam

bahannye :1 senduk sos lada hitam
2 sudu butter
1 1/2 sudu tepung gandum
sebiji bawang besar (dipotong dadu )
sebiji tomato (potong dadu)
seketul kiub ayam knors
2 cwn air
sedikit kicap pekat
sedikit sos cili /sos tomato
garam & gula secukup rasa
1 sudu lada hitam ( ditumbuk halus )
sedikit tepung jagung utk memekatkn sos

cara membuatnye:
cairkn butter dgn api kecil,apabila cair masukan tepung gandum,kacau hingga perang.
kemudian msuk kan bawang & kacau hingga naik bau,masuk kn kiub ayam dan kacau
masuk kn air dan kacau lg,tambah sos cili/ sos tomato dan sos lada hitam, kacau hingga sebati.
tambahkn kicap pekat sedikit demi sedikit,jgn smpai hitam sngt.masuk kn tomato yg di potong dadu tadi,tmbahkn sedikit garam,gula secukup rasa.
masuk kan lada hitam yg telah ditumbuk,sedikit demi sedikit,kacau hingga mendidih.
jika sos kurang likat boleh lah masuk kn tepung jagung yg telah di bncuh dgn air sedikit demi sedikit sehinga dpt kepekatan yg dikehendaki..

aku nye style simple je.

letak brown sos (jenama knoor), tapi yg ni paket beso la. better pi beli kat kedai kek (dia buat pakej kecik2), bawang putih, lada, marjerin.

panas kan marjerin, masukkan bawang putih, goreng sikit, masukkan brown sos yang telah dicampur dgn air. kacau, masukkan lada hitam. kepekatan main agak2 la. if nak kuah cendawan, tuka je lada dgn cendawan.

aku nye ringkas jek. style org bujang.
