Kat Budapest baru lah terasa "eastern europe"....nak naik metro, kat entrance ada 2 guard jaga....nak interchange train dlm platform, ada ticket inspector check ticket....train pun zaman soviet punya, kecik jer...pastu not all station ada jual ticket...we join the free walking tour and also the communist tour...best jugak...staff kat the apartment we stay are very helpful and friendly....ada tanya direction kat org masa kat sana...muka nampak bengis/serious tapi very helpful....i guess org2 kat negara communist memang camnie kot, muka jer nampak bengis, tapi friendly jer....
overall i like Budapest.... |

2 hari is good enough for Budapest Leni.....i think tak perlu naik HOHO....bole naik metro dan jalan kaki jer....
I suggest u stay kat area metro Deak Ferenc Ter....sbb its an interchange station for red, blue & yellow line...
To go to Parliament House and Shoes Memorial...sebelah2 jer dua nie....bole naik red metro stop at Kossuth Lajos Ter or bole naik tram 2, kat dpn Chain Bridge ada stop...nak jalan kaki pun bole....dari Chain Bridge dah bole nampak Building nie....
Fisherman Bastion dan Buda Castle sebelah2....bukitnyer tak tinggi sangat....u can jalan kaki or naik funicular dari chain bridge tu....i haritu jalan jer...ikut free walking tour....
Heroes Square, yellow metro, stop at Hosok Tere
House of Terror, yellow metro, stop at Vorosmarty Utca
Metro tickets bole beli dari machine....bole beli extra, incase kalu naik metro station yg takde jual ticket....nie link for the free tour kat sana...btw i tak pergi diorg punya Bath tu....tak kuasa i gi swimming pool in winter....haha...

Tq so.much midori tolong saya....1 question...tiket metro ikut color train ke..cth..klau nk naik train merah kena beli tiket. Klau nk naik train kuning beli tiket. Atau tiket tu combine utk mana2 train tak kisah color? |

ticket sama jer....bole guna naik all the metro....tak kira metro aper u naik.....

near Deak Ference Ter Metro ada street nama Kiraly Utca (Utca - Street)....betul2 across the street from the metro, kalu u exit lagi satu (lupa exit aper, takyah cross the street pun) depan tu u akan nampak mini market....kat lorong tu ada few kedai halal, kebab & restoran pun ada....ingat2 lupa dah...tapi kedai kebab mmg confirm ada....
Metro Deak Ference Ter tu very closed to Le Meridian Hotel, like 1-2 mins walk....u can see the hotel lah....haritu i stay kat apartment, near Kiraly Utca..it's super cheap....ada kitchen, washing machine, dining table, sofa, security....about 10 mins walk to the Deak Ference Metro....jln pun tak terasa bcoz lalu kedai2, restaurant, pasaraya...
btw bila nak pergi nie?

i did a day trip from Vienna to Bratislava, Slovakia....naik train...about sejam setengah kot? ingat2 lupa dah...Bratislava nie buat day trip dah cukup....smp train station, bole naik bus ke old town...fare byr kat bus driver, they take Euro...smp old town ada tourist tram....we took the tram pusing2 Bratislava, gi Castle dia...halal restaurant ada jer kat situ....we saw a few...
kalu pilih antara Slovakia - Bratislava dgn Slovenia - Ljubljana....i prefer Ljubljana lagi.... |

Part muka nampak bengis tapi friendly tu mmg betul. They will go extra miles to help you. Walaupun bercakap macam ayam dan itik, .
Still remember until now, di Hungary. Masa tu xsempat nak tukar duit Forint, yg ada Euro je. Sbb masa tu semua money changer tutup, and we were nowhere near to the Budapest city. Naik bas pon konduktor bagi free je sebab kesian.
Then, we were given a sum of money to pay our train ticket by an extremely nice lady, and she even helped us carikan accommodation semua.
And i can only reciprocate her kindness by giving fridge magnet Venice, coz she refused to take my Euro, hahahaha.

apartment kat Budapest tu ada lift.....
kat Prague i stay kat 2 hotel....both are ok...the first 1-2 mins walk to bus station, kalu nak gi old town u kena naik bus kat another bus stop, less than 5 mins walk, bole jer naik bus ke metro station....tapi kalu nak jalan kaki dlm 15 mins....
Hotel ke dua i tak ingat nama hotel pasal book masa kat sana....hotel nie close to metro station and bus stop...
nie first hotel... http://www.hotelmanes.cz/en/
i pnh jalan kaki dari hotel EA tu ker Charles Bridge....about 30 mins walk...kalu malas jalan, bole jer naik bus...time u nak pergi nie good weather utk jalan kaki...oh yer, Dancing Building about 5 mins walk from hotel...

Leni....my trip haritu iols few times tukar currency...confuse sudah...nie my suggestion and how i budget masa kat Budapest haritu....
metro, say u budget lah...10x naik turun metro - skali naik metro, dlm 1.2 euro...u budget lah skali naik 1.5 euro x 10
psl makan plak, sehari budget lah dlm 15-20 euro, souvenirs, about 30 euro. Lain2 - tips for the free tour, i haritu kasi about 10 euro for 1 tour. I ikut 2 tour, jd 20 euro total. Tips nie up to u nak kasi brapa. Tak kasi pun takper diorg kata....Entrance for attraction, yg ingat masuk House of Terror tu jer yg kena byr...tak ingat brapa dah....maybe about 10 euro kot...
Haritu i naik bus dari Vienna to Budapest, bus fare dlm 22 euro per person, it takes about 3 hours trip. Apartment yg i stayed haritu diorg nak cash, i stayed for 3 nites....semlm 26 euro. Apartment diorg accept euro....jd takyah tukar Hungarian Forint for the apartment.
hope the above bole membantu u how much to budget for your Budapest trip....convert lah the total euro to Hungarian Forint....tapi jgn lupa budget some money for emergency....
