ASAM PEDAS MELAKA

Bahan-Bahan:
Ikan - tenggiri atau kurau
Bahan untuk dimesin :
Satu labu bawang merah
5 ulas bawang putih
Seinci halia
Secubit belacan
10 tangkai cili kering         Bahan tumis :
2 sudu kecil halba campur
Setengah labu bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
Seinci halia

3 batang bendi
Asam jawa, dicampur dengan air panas satu mangkukan - tenggiri atau kurau

Cara:

1. Panaskan minyak dan masukkan bahan-bahan tumis. Tumis sehingga wangi.
2. Masukkan bahan-bahan yang telah dimesin. Kacau sehingga cili garing.
3. Campurkan semangkuk air asam jawa dan kacau lagi. Jika mahu, boleh tambah sedikit air.
4. Apabila kuah sudah mula mendidih, masukkan ikan.
5. Masukkan bendi apabila ikan hampir masak.
6. Sedia untuk hidangan.

Cadangan Hidangan:
Makan bersama nasi kemuli pohon melaka

Tambahan:
Masakan asam pedas boleh ditambah dengan sebiji tomato jika inginkan rasa lebih masam

banyak masakan yang pedas2 yer angel?memang kena dengan selera sy la nie..
