Tak pastilah Cali. Mungkin ada resepi yg tak payah guna kot. Resepi yg I selalu guna tu ada taruk cream of tartar.

You boleh ganti cream of tartar ngan a teaspoon of lemon/lime juice. Cream of tartar digunakan just to stabilize your egg white supaya senang naik. Or you boleh gak pakai white vinegar.

RESEPI KUEH KOCI

inti :-
kelapa parut
gula putih
gula merah/perang
sedikit air
sedikit garam
daun pandan

masak gula putih + perang/merah dlm air sehingga mendidih - pekat, kemudian masukkan kelapa parut, garam dan daun pandan. kacau sampai kering. biarkan sejuk

bulat2 kan inti


daun pisang - dibersih dan layurkan atas api kasi lembut, dan potong persegi

utk doh :-
1 (400 gm)packet tepung beras pulut
1/2 cup tepung beras pulut itam
21/2 cawan air sejuk + sedikit garam (air ni agak2 ajer, doh tak terlalu keras dan takterlalu lembek..kalau lembik susah nak taruk inti)
sedikit minyak - masukkan dlm mangkuk kecil

campurkan semua bahan KECUALI minyak - gaulkan sebati sehingga tak lekat kat tangan (macam buat ondeh2 tu).. ambil sedikit doh tepung bulatkan dan leperkan k'dian letak inti kelapa ditengah2..kemudian bulat2kan..golek dlm minyak dan bungkus dlm daun pisang yg telah dilayur dan dipotong segi empat...lipat..buat byk2 k'dian kukus..

Omar makan seketul dua je. Tapi si minah I sorang tu bertambah2 lagi. Tapi semenjak dua menjak ni mmg dia kuat makan. Omar biasalah. Apa yg dia suka kelmarin, esok lusa tak tau lagi di suka atau tidak. Fussy eater betul Omar tu.

uihhh yeke long????celah mana tu?mak nazha org sana..kat chukai..aritu saya pulun makan cukup2..sempat pekena sup campo kat paso kemaman tu..dulu kekecik slalu makan...sedapnya longg...tapi isi ada 2 jenis je..daging+perut jek..lain2 segala mcm isi perut takdak dah..makcik tu ckp mahal, payah nak cari..longggg...nazha teringin betul nak g haipeng tuuu...skali tutup tau hari jumaat:@ :@ ..peh tu adik ckp ada branch kat kuantan, nazha tak sempat g sbb singgah umah makcik pulak kt kuantan tu, trus balik putrajaya ..jgn anak dlm perut ni meleleh udahh

long kat chukai la..betul2 simpang jln spital + jln dato  situ la kampung kiter...last year kazen long yg dok kmm tu dtg sini...long suruh dia beli kaya haipeng..bising dia..katanyer dia dok kemaman tak pernah beli pong  bila dia sampai sini (US) baru terai kaya Haipeng hehehhe..


ps...anak saper... la ko ni naz (jgn2 kita warih dop?)
