pada kengkawan yang lom update tu cecepatlah update..nak gak tngok perkembnagan korang....

apapun yang penting jangan putus asa pada yang berat naik balik tu ek...(pesanan utk diri den gak...huhu)

    tula..sama..angkat anak naik atas tidur bilik pun lepas tu termengah2... selalu jek mintak tolong cik abang angkat diorang... lepas ni... nak angkat diorang la  ... salah satu exercise tuk diri sendiri ..

Hi,

nak tanya kawan2 kat sini, siapa2 yang bertreadmill.. normally berapa lama you all treadmill... Berry slalu cukupkan 200cal, and 40 mins...

Lpstu sambung pulak cycle... cycle 20-25mins dah boleh dpt 200cal...

Kalau balik kerja awal, join la steps class or whatever classes yang ada schedule malam tu. join class lagi best sbb tak bosan..

Kalau let say balik rumah malam, berry akan try main skipping tu,, hurmm pendek kata risau kalau tak exercise.. huhuh...

And makan pulak, mmg tak sentuh nasi lagi since friday lepas alhamdulillah. so far tak mengidam lagi nak nasikkk. kalau mak masak sedapm, time2 tu gak pi gym and kata kat dia tlg habiskan lauk sblum berry balik. hahahaha

kalo diet ak mmg x le kalo x makan nasi.. n ak akan kurang kan makan nasi yg bergoreng2 nih, santan, ayam , daging, seafood..

juz nasik +kuah asam pedas/sup sayur+ ikan goreng...

   itu 1st time main syik...skg ni ok skit...tapi memang fun..ketawa tak boleh tahan2...hilang rasa keayuan ku{:4_243:} ...i perasan since main futsal stamina tu lebih consistant...selain i jogging..gym...

   tu la...y best main sport dgn kwn2 y tak bape nak terer nie..gelak memanjang jer...hahaha...
mcm dulu penah gak la main tenis..memang syik dgn kwn syik tak reti main..

alih2 masa nak servis..asyik servis angin jer..last2 penat sbb asyik kutip bola..

kadang2 gaya kwn pukul bola nie tak menahan tgk..tergelak2 sampai terduduk ke lantai tenis tu..hehehe..

part gelak jer kalori dh byk terbakar....

   kalau pasal treadmill syik tak tau... mayb mr din leh advise...
tapi kalu beskal statik tu syik tau la... sbb kt rumah ada.....
selalunya syik tak cycle mcm biasa..kalau cycle biasa cpt boring...

syik guna prinsip HITT(High Intensity Interval Traning)


HITT y syik buat atas beskal selalunya 20 saat kayuh laju2 (beskal sampai goyang)...10 saat kayuh slow (mcm itik pulang petang)
ulang dlm 8 set lebih kurang dlm 4 minit.....

perghhhhh.................memang mantap la...peluh sakan......

pas habis buat HITT baru kayuh mcm biasa.....recovery time.. peh tu buat HITT lagi...

last kayuh mcm biasa lagi..sampai takat mana y boleh..hehe..


HITT memang sgt efisen utk pembakaran lemak...semasa kita sedang kayuh laju,asid lemak akan dirembeskan ke dlm salur darah. malah pada masa tu hormon HGH akan meningkat, di mana hormon nie menyebabkan lemak terbakar sambil memelihara otot kita..
Kelebihan y paling utama ialah, terhasilnya EPOC(excess postexercise oxygen consumption ) iaitu lemak akan dibakar walaupun dh berjam2 kita dh habis senam..bayangkan la time kita tdo,baring, tgk tv lemak sedang dibakar lagi..



akan tetapi HITT tak boleh buat hari2..nanti overtrain... kena buat dlm seminggu 2,3 kali..
