mmm...camna nak cakap ye....ije pun kekadang wat ok....kekadang tu...ko gak....lagi pun belen2 sambal nasik lemak tu lebih...tu yg teringin nak wat...
bagi ijelah benda kuih-muih yg pake yis ni sensitif skit.....depend semua pada cara kita wat masa tu....semua nak ambik kira cam tepung...suhu dll lagi lah...
tp kalu sekali wat menjadi tu kira suka sangat dah...sebenarnya senang jer

ni utk lilo n kenkawan lain.....sebenarnya resepi base dari myresepi.com....enjoy
burger malaysia
Bahan-bahan ( 8 biji )
*200g tepung gandum
*140ml susu/ air
*2 sudu besar butter/margerin
*2 1/2 sudu besar gula halus
*1/2 sudu kecil garam
*2 sudu kecil dry yeast
minyak untuk menggoreng
- sambal ikan bilis
- timun
Cara-cara Masukkan ke dalam mangkuk bahan-bahan (*). Uli sehingga tak melekat kat tangan. Buat bulat besar. Biarkan kembang 2 kali ganda.
Lepas tu , tumbuk-tumbuh doh roti tadi untuk keluarkan angin. Kemudian bahagikan kepada 8 bahagian. Buat bentuk bulat.
Biarkan naik 2 kali ganda lagi. Kemudian goreng dalam minyak yang sederhana panas sehingga kekuningan.
Belah 2 roti yang dah masak tapi jangan sampai terputus. Isikan dengan sambal bilis dan juga timun yang dihiris nipis-nipis

I buat PIKELET untuk budak2nya breakfast pagi tadi. Lempeng omputih.......makan dengan honey...



PIKELETS

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups self-raising flour
2 tablespoons caster sugar
250ml (1 cup) milk
60g butter, melted, cooled
1 egg

Method
Place the flour and sugar into a bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon to combine, then set aside. Whisk the milk, butter and egg together in a jug.
Add the milk and egg mixture to the flour mixture. Whisk until smooth.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over low-medium heat. Using a tablespoon, spoon the mixture into the pan. Cook until bubbles form. Carefully turn them over and cook for a further 1 minute or until cooked through.
Transfer them to a plate and repeat with the remaining mixture.
Serve the pikelets warm or at room temperature.
Spread with jam and cream or honey or your desired topping

Thank you Plat...tak da la setaraf Chef...masih lagi merangkak ...tu pun dua hari dok mengerjakan resipi kek tu. The most difficult one yang I pernah buat, tension giler. But now I know the short cut.

Lilo ada minta resepi, sabar ye Lilo..Hiro kena type 3 separate recipes untuk kek nih sebab its menggabungkan chocolate kek, mousse, and chocolate ganache. Tapi tang chocolate kek, Hiro guna box Choc Devil's Cake (Duncan Hines brand). It taste delicious.

I'll post the recipe soon. Hiro dok busy bebenor lately.
