Semalam I buat kuih bakar kemboja. Saja nak try acuan2 kuih bakar yg my sisters belikan. Selain dari tu dia orang belikan I acuan2 kuih cara, kuih kapit belanda, kuih bunga ros, donut cutters, peralatan untuk buat kek lapis etc.

I guna resepi DianaA. Tapi resepi tu macam cair skit. Tak taulah kalau2 I yg silap measure.

I buat separauh adunan. Disebakan cair, I tambah skit tepung, gula dan sebiji telur. Dapat 10 keping. Let me try sekali lagi ok and let you know...

sedapnyer kuih bakar u plat..terliur dibuatnya...dah ler time2 ni ngidam kuih2 melayu..hehe..kuih cara kan..u bakar dlm oven ke..atas dapur?  teringin nak buat ler..

Molek ayam Plat...glad you made it. Gitulah, I pun selalu modified resipi, ikut apa yang ada kat pantry. Marinade tu boleh buat chicken wing jugak.

Breakfast with friends this morning.


Breakfast Egg Strudel before bake - first time buat, jumpa resepi dalam magazine...was a big hit!


Already cut in slices, I forgot to take the picture after bake, guests dah lapar, tak sabar


Banana Cake yang I tak ikut resepi, I letak banyak banana. Turned good.


Slice of Banana Cake.


Fruits for crepes topping, I lupa ambik gambar crepes.

hiro,ni aku hutang hang sebelum aku blah hampir 2 bulan lepas.
1. hang beli oreo, crush jadik crumb , lepaih tu hang campoq 3 tbs fresh milk. mix.  oreo tu hang guna satu bungkuih pun tak pa.

2. lepaih tu, hang amik spring form, spray dgn vege spray, hang lekat paper hapa nama tu kat lantai dgn dinding spring form tu
3. hang beli sandwich ice cream kat supermarket (makesure takdak minyak b.abi). lepaih tu, hang kerat 4, cepat2 la senang and cantik sket. lepaih tu hang susun kat tepi menda alah spring form tu nampak macam pagag. aku guna neopolitan sandwich tu pasai ceria sket. hangpa abaikan lah ketidak samaan potongan itu kerana aku couldnt care less.

4. lepaih tu hang tenyeh oreo crumb tu kat lantai spring form tu , lepaih tu hang boh dlm freezer ~1/2 jam (aku boh 15 min pasai aku malas nak tunggu lama) bg base keras ja

5. dah keras, hang beli mana2 ice cream hang nak, kalau hang suka satu jenis hang beli la lebih kurang 2 liter. kalau ikut aku,aku beli yg mana murah aja la. since hari tu ada makhluk gatai dok request nak had tu had ni, aku beli 2 jenis ( 1 liter each ~ slalu ada belen). hang thaw sket ice cream ni sampai cam bleh kacau tp still sejuk la. jangan la sampai dia meleleh2. hang spread separuh lepaih tu hang freeze balik brg sejam ( aku malas, aku buat ~ 1/2 jam ataupun aku try tekan sket tgk keras ka belum)

7. after last punya layer, simpan semalaman sampai betoi2 keras, beli whipped cream, thaw a bit pasai nak bg sennag decorate. keesokan or bila nak hidang tu , buat keluaq and decorate la. boh la hot fudge ke hapa ka sprinkle ka, anak tupai ka. apa segala menatang hang rasa nak boh

Adoi Pulut...sakit perut aku baca hangpa punya style explain resipi, tapi memang mudah faham. Tima kacih laaaa sebab hingat kat kita. Nanti Hiro try okay, and nanti Hiro tempek gambar kat sini.

Hiro pun masih berhutang kat Mallan about Hollaindaise sauce dengan Banana Cake....adoi ler, maleh nak pi korek resipi. Sabar ye Mallan.
