   ya la tu.gain muscle kat perut. perut mengembang sebab x exercise.
mmg tak diet langsung selama 2 minggu ni.makan sepuas2nya.

Sesape boleh tolong, nak tau kalau follow untuk menu diet atkins, boleh tak letak cili padi/lada, lada sulah, lada hitam dalam masakan?sy suke dgn mskn pedas, kalau xmakan pedas rase macam xde rase je mknn tu. Masakan dgn lada kering cthnye ikan sambal, asam pedas ikan boleh dimasak x?Then, air soya kotak & susu low fat boleh minum x?tq

    selalu menu

sarapan : telur scramble egg 2 bji with cheese and salads atau sayur goreng dengan ikan atau ayam atau daging bakar /goreng


minum pagi : kekacang


lunch : sayur goreng dengan ikan atau ayam atau daging bakar /goreng atau masak  lemak cili padi...asal kan bukan sambal atau tomyam pasal ada gula dalam tu... dan buah


minum petang ; kekacang  atau buah


makan malam

telur scramble egg 2 bji with cheese and salads sayur goreng dengan ikan atau ayam atau daging bakar /goreng atau masak  lemak cili padi atau makan buah sahaja dan kudapan ( tp bukan ada tepung atau gula...)


walaubagaimana pun sy adjust..tak ada amik ayam tenghari dan malam dua kali..pasal nanti terlebih tenaga...

kadang2 ptg tak ada pa nak makan- sy makan 1 keping cheese

kalau masak lemak boleh guna santan

kalau masa ada tambah gula macam asam pedas..sambal..tomyam..boleh tapi..jangan hirup kuahnya..amik isinya sahaja..first stage : induction : kekacang tak leh amik...minima reaquired induction 14 hari..tak boleh kurang tapi boleh lebih...

tq2. huhubetul2 jaga makan after melantak sempena raya haji. hukhuk
i was quite surprise coz few days dh terlupa nk timbang lepas mandi pagi. i dare x timbang dgn scale lain or even waktu lain.
it might be a false alarm either it'll be + or -.

but i hv to admit, blom start exercise lagi. jalan turun naik tangga kt sekolah termasuk x ek? hukhuk. kinda bz jugak sekolah dh nak cuti ni. dgn keje sekolah, latih budak2 persembahan lagi.

BAD NEWS!!! my bro balik lambat lagi arrrrrr. he shud be home end of nov. we were suppose to be gym partner. but his thesis got chosen n bla bla bla. good for him but BAD FOR ME! bila laaaa nk pg gym ni.
pandai je nk blame org lain. hukhuk

En Din, berat akak tak turun.. exercise tambah (tambah berjalan 30-40 min lunch sorang2), makan pun jaga-jaga... (malam tadi failed, sbb makan nasi ngn asam pedas mak metua bekalkan) .. Berat masih 87kg!!
