Many worms , Trojans and also virus especially Rontrok Bro..make changes to the registry. Some of them change one or more of
the shell / open / command keys. If these keys are changed, the worm or Trojan will run each time that you run certain files.
They may also change a registry value so that you cannot run the Registry Editor at all.
there is a .exe file for each of my folder (in My Documents) same named with the folder.
i guess , its got something to do with Rontrok Bro virus..it will copy files with the same name..
refer this thread to clean it

im trying to clean it with brontok washer now.. how could i avoid from getting the brontok viruses again? |

akhirnye pc aku telah di format. tak bleh buat ape... budak2 it opis aku pon gagal menyelesaikan masalah aku.
tapi skang norton dah bleh scan virus ni. tapi semua dah terlambat.

aku nak tanya apakah simptom virus brontok ni menyerang komp kita?
aku bengang gila sebab aku tak boleh bukak folder options, lepas tu bila aku nak
tekan task manager, ada window tulis task manager has been disabled by your
administrator. sedangkan aku admin!
lepas tu komp aku makin slow.. lembab dan hampis! geram
aku rasa ada kaitannya dengan thumbdrive aku. ada satu foder misteri nama nya
new folder. tapi folder tu application. bila kau nak delete, dia datang balik.
berpuluh2 kali aku tekan delete tak boleh pun
aku mintak tolong byk2 sgt kalau ada cara nak mampuskan benda yang
menjahanamnkan ni. aku tak mau semua dokumen aku hilang!!
mampus aku karang.. sori bahasa ada vulgar sikit. |

Banyaknya forumer buka thread topik virus brontok kt bod ini .
Lepas guna ' search ' dapat 11 threads.
Harap dapatlah Mod mergekan topik-topik itu jadi 3 thread misalnya supaya bod ini nampak kemas .
Forumer pula selepasni tak payahlah buka thread baru lagi pasal brontok . Post ajelah kat thread sedia ada . |

aku pastekan contoh ni
tu yang nama kingston driver (macam rupa folder tu) aku rasa macam virus..sebenarnya tu file *.exe tapi aku dah try scan guna avg (latest update),tak juga kena detect sebagai virus.scan pakai spybot s&d pon tak detect apa2 yang pelik so aku tak tau macam mana nak delete..cuba delete dia cakap file in use..padahal mana kena guna pon..aku cari dalam task manager kalau2 ada program pelik yang running, tak juga jumpa apa2.pening suda aku nak selesaikan masalah ni..

Folder contents tu cam Kingston USB drivers/utilities jer. Mungkin selamat kot. Folder ni (and semua items dalam folder tu) dalam HDD ko ke? Kalau iye, then tu pelik sungguh.
Nak delete tu dah try masuk Safe Mode? :hmm: |
