cuba makan buahan & minum air masak byk sket..

betul tu lily.. soya tu protin sihat, susu low fat pun bagus jugak..

lepas senam elok amik makanan tinggi protin utk supply nutrition bagi otot & juga ia membantu membina otot..
tu pasal orang bina badan lepas diorg main gym diorang minum protein shake.. ada jugak yg makan telur ayam. sebenarnya tak terhad utk org bina badan je, kalau org perempuan utk tight kan body pun digalakkan makan makanan tinggi protin bila lepas senam.

biasa la tu kak.. mula2 nk ubah tabiat ni mmg la rasa struggle n tak biasa.. kalau terlajak tu takpela, boleh dimaafkan.. cumanya esoknya kenala disiplin semula..

Alhamdulillah turun sehingga 65.4kg.

satu pengajaran-sekali dah tak diet(makan tanpa sukat apa2),amat sukar nak disiplin kan diri.

tapi start 5 hari lepas mmg dah mula balik diet,walaupun amat sukar.

che Din, wa masih dalam list ka?

sori lama tak hapdet. asek terperuk kat skola yang tada timbangan digital itew (tak kire. nak gak digital pasal tiap hari aku timbang kat skolah asek 80kg jah ).

btw, ni berat wa pagi tadi: 77.2kg.

yah, sudah bertambah gituh. urgh...

tu lah sapa suruh tada disiplin.

mmg soya tu ada gula sikit, tapi sbb u dah lepas senam, metabolisma tinggi, jadi gula sikit tu akan dibakar..

lagi elok minum soya atau susu berbanding minum air gas atau jus buah botol, itu lagi byk gula.. so klu nk pilihan lagi bagus, minum soya kurang gula..

hari nie nak update berat...

timbang digital kt rumah mcm agak gila..

timbang berkali2 baru nampak ada perubahan digit tu..

nway tadi timbang 82.0 kg...
aim nak dpt 81kg tak dpt..tapi takpe...
minggu nie akan usaha lagi keras....

pagi tadi dh buat senaman Juliam Micheal- Banish Fat, Boost Metabolisme dlm 35 minutes

   wah..dh ada perubahan..bagus2...
memang boleh naik turun bergantung apa y kita mkn hari tu..katakan kita mkn makanan y sodium tinggi..berat naik sebab badan akan hold air.... kalau nak bacaan tepat better ukur size inchi ..
