Sekira nya kamu semua nak hilang kan perut buncit...
kurang kan makan daging...amalkan makan ikan...
then minum teh perakan air limau nipis...
amalkan pagi & malam seblm tidor....

kalau nak makn tu jgn hari2...
tp seboleh2 kita kena makan ikan....& sayur...
disamping tu kita kena minum teh perah kan air limau...
mungkin dalam stu bulan perut boncit tu kempis kan,....?

ini petua aku...bersenan ala kadr saje... jangan minum ais / air bergas / air batu...

makan malam aku tak ambik lansung... kalau lapau sangat aku makan nestu  3 in 1, milo O n jacob.

ini petua aku...bersenan ala kadr saje... jangan minum ais / air bergas / air batu...

mcm kawan ann....di tempat kerja ann dulu....setiap malam ann nampak dia minum milo...

dulu masa zaman universiti, aku antara yg termontel dlm course aku.. hehe pinggang 36" beb.

skrg pinggang cuma 31" sajer, malah boleh dikatakan aku antara yang terslim berbanding coursemate aku yg dulu2 tu..

rahsianya?

i) senaman
ii) diet
iii) konsisten

aku ambil masa hampir 2 tahun utk dpt size 31" ni..

memang betul orang2 cakap..kalau dulu kita bersukan pastu stop, badan akan naik..dulu kat u aku join ragbi ngan voleyball..lepas je abis belajor aku tinggal semua menda tu...dulu time belajor aku punya saiz pinggang 32..lepas kawin saiz pinggang aku 40 dan hampir mencecah 110kg..

skang ni pinggang aku dah kembali 34..rahsianya? aku minum herbalife..hehe tapi skang ni selepas kurus aku ke gym pulak untuk dapatkan balik badan cam dulu...

so moralnya di sini ialah rajin bersenam, kawal pemakanan and kalau yang sempat gi gym, buat workout paling tidak 3 kali seminggu..pegi gym bukan setakat perut kempis, tapi dapat ketul2 lagi..

Killer Move: The Plank

Goal: To condition your entire core
Frequency: Four times a week
Directions:
- Get into a push-up position with your forearms on the floor.
- Lift your legs and torso up off the ground so that only your toes and the flats of your forearms remain on the floor.
- Keeping your back neutral and your belly button pulled in, hold this position for 20-60 seconds.
- Repeat for 3-5 sets.






Killer Move: Butterfly Abs

Goal: To work your deep abs while getting a flat, sexy stomach
Frequency: Four times a week
Directions:
- Sit comfortably on a gym mat or carpet with your legs crossed. Using your arms to support you, slowly lie back until your body is flat, keeping your legs crossed.
- Place your hands under the nape of your neck for support. Inhale through your nose, and raise your chest a few inches off the floor while exhaling through your mouth. Your chest should be moving up toward the ceiling, not bending forward to your knees. This should be a smooth, controlled motion.
- Repeat 25 times, and as you progress, move up to 50 times.
- Tip: Do not push your head with your hands as this puts you at risk of injuring your neck. The purpose of your hands is to keep your head in alignment with your back and shoulders. You don't want to curve your back.

setiap chest kt badan manusia tak sama
tp kita leh mencuba utk mengatasi gen tu dgn cari workout yg sesuai dgn kita
kalau kt umah mungkin leh buat semua yg basic pkai dumbell or barbell
cth: incline bench press (BP), flat BP, decline BP, flye, close grip BP, pull over etc

dulu aku dpt fit balik badan aku... dpt muscle weight dgn swiming
hari2 mon - sat swimming 3-4 hrs, tapi tu dulu
mau 6 tahun lepas dah tinggal

skrg ni nak cari tempat swimming balik... adehh

kalo sy ni,dlu ade gak masalah buncit2 ni..then try figure up tu ok gak la..lg satu jgn tinggal exercise..pagi2 dlm kul 7 after subuh mau layan joging..itu kira paling2 malas la..n then,tengah2 mlm cuba kurangkan mkn2 (errr yg ni sy pun susah nk elak )
