3 rd layer, bawah sekali, atas kepada biskut tu...

yg tu coklat tua, dark coklat...

2nd layer, coklat terang sikit, coklat biasa///

3rd layer, yg warna putih atas sekali...

tp OG xleh letak sekali gus...

mula2 lepas dah buat biskut tu, OG wat adunan utk 3d layer... lepas dah siap,letak dlm freezer njk bg keras sikit, lepas tu wat 2nd layer... letak dlm freezxer lagi, n wat 1st layer... then lepas tu chilled, masukkan dlm fridge, tp jgn freezer, fridge bawah da ok...

elok nye OG wat waktu malam, so that, pagi esoknye da bole makan

kalo ko nak super sedap,ko guna famous amos punya biscuit crumbs...beli kat lowyat.net...murah je...
oreo pun best gak...

...for these 3 items...u can find them in the supermarket also...for yogurt and whipped cream...ko pi kat section chilled dairy product...for gelatin powder ko pi carik kat bakery items section...gelatine powder nie...ko kenalah make sure ianya ada logo halal...when mixed ngan water...its consistency seperti glue...macam agar2 pon ada...pernah tengok kek buah2an yang atasnya berkilat tu??...aarrr...tulah dia gelatin...ianya mempunyai beberapa function...tuk thickened the mixture pon bley...

                               

Azz, yang mana satu 1st layer? 2nd layer , 3rd layer tu?

Forthe 1st portion, stir in 80g of melted dark chocolate and spreadevenlyonthe biscuit base. Chill in the fridge for a while. (I pop it inthefreezerwhile preparing the 2nd layer).


...this first portion refers to the very first layer yang ko tuangkan ke atas the base of the cake...tapi...it can also be referred to as the 3rd layer depending on from which view yang ko lihatnya...setelah itu...ko masukkan dalam fridge dan biarkan ia sejuk...

For the 2ndportion, stir in mixture of 20g melted dark chocolate and60gmeltedwhite chocolate. Spread over the 1st layer. Chill in thefridge forawhile.
...for this 2nd portion...u will never got it wrong...cos from whichever view yang ko pandang...ianya tetap di lapisan ke dua... ...so...bila this portion dah ready...ko keluarkan your cake from the fridge dan tuangkan this portion onto it...then...masukkan balik dalam fridge...biar ianya sejuk...

For the 3rd portion, stir in 80g of melted white chocolate. Spread over the 2ndlayer. Chill for 3 to 4 hours before serving.


...nie last step...now this 3rd portion kira2nya refers to the surface of the cake...so...kalau ko melihatnya from the top...ianya your first layer lah kan??...so...kluarkan cake from fridge...sapukan rata2 adonan nie di atas permukaan cake dan biarkan ia sejuk di dalam fridge for 3 - 4 hours...

...senang jer nak buat quote banyak2 gitu...u just copy and paste whichever sentence yang ko nak...cuma...jangan lupa tuk insert that quote  and /quote with their brackets tu...
