Ko try je Nanie, yg member den kat Melaka tu kata dia dah diet seberhabis mati2an, siap hari2 just melantak rxlite tu je sampai 4-5 paket, pagi je makan salad ngan buah, dalam tempoh 24 hari, turun 5 kg je, dia frust tapi still teruskan gak.. btw, pada den la, kalau minum milo 3 in 1 tu pun hari2 x makan leh turun 5kg tu, tapi den x nak patahkan semangat dia, terus beri galakkan..

Takat ni den tengok, hanya jdm5 je yg betul2 leh turun dengan cepat kalau buat ngan betul!, member den tu ambik dalam sebulan turun 15kg.. time pagi siap melantak sandwich tuna lagi, petang makan kuih 2-3 ketul..

Den x tau lah betul ke x petua ni, member den kata, kalau nak cepat turun kg, kene minum air lebih 4 liter sehari.. dia amalkan air apa ntah, yg kononnya ada oksigen bagai tu, sebotol sampai rm8, dia kata rasa pening2 masa berdiet tu x de, semangat je nak exercise, siap hari2 jalan2 kat shopping compleks, bukan nak beli belah pun, tapi takat berpusing2 pecahkan kalori.. dia kata, kadang2 tu 3 jam berjalan kat jusco tu x rasa apa2, masuk kereta baru rasa kaki kebas katanya.. kalau nak exercise kat umah x de maknanya, sllu ngaddap tb je lah..
