Sekarang orang perempuan ramai yg tgh minum jus  softfea oren ni, terutamanya nak kurangkan buncit kat perut...
Boleh juga cuba kaedah ni....ramai yang berpuashati dan continue minum oren ni....rasanya pun sedap n senang diminum, cukup dgn 1 kali sehari ajer....

Testimoni dr thread sebelah yg tgh rancak...credit kat TT forum fiber drink.  

Testi 1

ni hah testimoni baru masuk... syukur penimbang mak aku tak pecah semalam hehe...
1st timbang ari tuh 118KG...
semlm kasi timbang 113KG..selepas abis sekotak..

cara sy makan dah totally berubah.. dedulu pepagi nasi berlauk sebungkus, lunch lagi satu bungkus, petang belasah nasi kat umoh plop.. mlm sesi ngeteh plg kurang roti canai sebijik..

Now
pagi nasi himpit 5 ketul kecik yg std org potong2 kiub tuh @ meehun grg yg rm0.50/sebungkus tuh n kuih 4 ketul.. petang tgk keadaan kalu lapor makan roti ja.. atau pun nasi sejemput..tu pun kalu tergoda ngan lauk mak aku masak hehe


Testi 2:

testi aku...
hari dah dua hari tanpa oren...
dah timbang dua hari lepas...
sebelum minum 10 hari lepas, berat 73kg.
selepas 10 hari, berat 68kg.
so, bermakna turun 5 kilo...
aku seorang smoker, n budak sukan..
air ni buatkan rasa kenyang sebenarnya...
tapi memang bagus la..
sehari aku buang air kecil 7-8kali. hu3x...
banyak air kot. blm campur yg besar. haha.
so skg ni, nak menten 2 mggu tanpa oren ni...
nak tgk aku boleh jaga bdn tak... hu3x.

Jogging + jangan makan nasi 3 bulan. Try lah. Tips ni bukan untuk dapatkan six pack tapi lebih kepada nak kempiskan perut dan pinggang. Nak ketul2 sume kena rajin cardio lah.

camne cara klu kite nk kempiskn perut & pd ms sama bleh dptkan six pac tue?

pastu camne cara kite nk bg naik skit pd bhgn dada & lengan biar nmpk kembang/berisi skit?

ada org ckp bg mereka yg kurus perlu bykkn exersice pd bhgn pinggang ke atas & kurangkan excersice yg bleh berpeluh mcm joging btl ker?
